Doug was absolutely fantastic with helping us secure our new storage unit. All of the units are spotless. You can tell how much pride Doug puts into running this place and for that we knew we made the right decision to store our precious valuables here. The extra discounts and monthly pricing were also much better than their nearby competitors. Very happy customer!

I highly recommend Doug at the Gilbert AZ location. He was very great at helping me with my storage unit needs, showed me around and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I had no surprises and would highly recommend him and CubeSmart!!!

I rented a large unit online from these guys and it was super easy. When I arrived at my unit, to my dismay it was a super narrow door in a corner, like a door in a house. That wasnt going to work with the furniture we planned on storing. I went to the front desk expecting to be given the run-around and being stuck with it. I spoke with Doug who was already opening the door to greet me before I even got to the building. I told him my concerns and he expressed empathy and immediately began to work on a solution without hesitation. They had no more units the size I had needed so he gave me the next size up for the same price. I can't express enough my gratitude and the willingness to go above and beyond. Coming from Public Storage, this was a night and day customer service experience. Thank you Doug!
