Spoke with the pharmacist today named “Whitney.” Tried to explain I have had a frustrating experience and have been out of meds. for a week. I told her I thought my insurance was entered incorrectly. She talked over me in a condescending manner. She would not listen to my story and never gave any empathy. I asked her to please stop being rude. She responded with “you’ve been giving me nothing but attitude.” Not true. I asked to speak to another team member and she said she was “the only one there.” I asked her again to speak to somebody else and she admitted she is not alone but “ my techs are all busy.” She disconnected the call. I called back twice and finally spoke to Chuha (spelling?) who was so kind and pleasant and listened and fixed the problem. That’s all I wanted. Thank you Chuha, sorry you have to work with such a cranky pharmacist.

The lady working the pharmacy today 12/15/2024 need to learn customer service. So rude and I will switch my prescription so I don’t have to deal with that level of unprofessional service.

They cancel minute clinic appointments an hour before yours when you’ve been fasting for 12 hours to prepare for it!!! I really needed this appointment and it blows my mind that I can book an appointment days in advance and get a notification an hour before that CVS canceled it!!!

The MinuteClinic here is awful and disorganized - do not go here. There are too many signs at the front desk, which made it hard for me and another patient to know exactly what to do. Horrendous customer service.

Today, 8/8/2024, around 11:20am AZ time, I spoke with Pharmacy Manager Brian at 765 S Lindsay Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85296 CVS location.
I expressed concerns about timeliness to get a refill on a prescription. I advised that another CVS pharmacy has sent 3 refill requests and that the prescription has not been refilled yet.
In a most condescending way, Brian stated that CVS mini clinic medication do not have refills and in order to have the medication that I would have to go through CVS mini clinic process again.
I expressed concerns about the process and advised it appears CVS is attempting to charge twice for a visit.
Brian hysterically laughed out loud on the line. I asked him, you find this funny, he stated "yes". I followed up and I asked him, you don't see a frustration I am going through, and he said, " no, I do not". There was no apology from Brian or empathy at all. I lastly informed Brian that I will be filing a complaint, he stated "ok". At multiple times the CVS pharmacy employee Brian did not extend any customer service or understanding.
This experience definitely was surprising and did not encourage future business with CVS.

I went to this store Tuesday night. Two employees were sitting in chairs at the end of the counter absolutely locked on their phones. When it was time for me to ring up, they looked over their phones then back to the phones and started talking and about what they were watching. I rang up my own purchase while they were not paying attention. Very weird experience.

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area! The pharmacist Brian and his staff are amazing. ? Always so helpful, kind, and you can tell they are invested in your wellness. It also helps that they are fun and seem to genuinely enjoy their work! Great experiences always.

You can almost hear a sad trombone sounding in the background upon entering this CVS. Personally, I feel this way about a majority of CVS locations that I've been to, but especially this one. After you get out of your car, you walk through a parking lot that's dark at night into a store that's dim at all times of the day. It's really drab and rather dirty in there, too. CVS could learn a thing or two from Walgreens regarding store cleanliness; cleaning the caked-on dust from around the air vents, speakers, and other spots in the store would be a good start. This location could also benefit from doing a better job at keeping the shelves stocked and also keeping the freezers free from expired food. Unfortunately, the employees have no control over CVS's highway-robbery prices and unusual layout which makes everything harder to find. On the plus side, they get brownie points for a having a self-checkout register. Most importantly, however, I've found that CVS employees are always pretty polite and patient; this location is no different in that regard, so I gave an extra star for that.

Be prepared to be on hold for a long time when calling this location. I have medication that has been on back order with no updates from CVS. When I finally got a hold of some there there, they said no CVS Pharmacy has the medication within a 20 mile radius. I asked what do you recommend I do to resolve this situation and he said to go somewhere else.
