Super rude pharmacy staff, treat you like an inconvenience and literally pretend they don’t see you even when you’re right in front of them. Ugh, idk it is just so dehumanizing to stand there looking like a fool, even other customers noticed the complete disregard. Won’t ever fill my prescriptions or shop with this company again.

I have been to this CVS three times, and not once did any employee acknowledge me. At the Greenfield/Guadalupe location, you will always get greeted and thanked.

I went to the cvs on higley and pecos and they didn’t have my prescription and told me to go to the one on williams field and val vista. I get there at the drive thru at 1:05 pm and this old lady asks me when I want to come pick them up. I said “well hopefully right now right?” and she says that she doesn’t know if they have my prescription without even checking and I tell her that another pharmacy had sent me here and told me it was in stock here. Then she goes and checks and then comes back and tells me they’re about to close and to come back at 2:30 pm. I left without even thinking about the fact about how i’m supposed to pick up my prescription if the pharmacy is closed. So I go inside and some other younger dude with a pony tail helps me out and gives me my prescription instantly and it took like 4 minutes. The point is the old lady with short hair and glasses who worked there at 1 pm on july 5th should not be working there. She had an attitude and was just being lazy and wanted to withhold my prescription just so that she can close up and leave to lunch. She could have easily just given me my prescription but she wanted me to come back at a later time as if I don’t have a life and can just spend my day waiting for her to do her job.

Pharmacy takes forever and they close down in the middle of the day for lunch. I don’t recommend this CVS to anyone.

Wow this location is awful. They gave my wife the wrong glucose monitor device, later admitted they messed up, offered to make it right, and then did not follow through with making it right.
They told us we could come in to exchange the device for the correct one we should have gotten. We received a text message saying they have the correct device and it’s ready for pick up. My wife went to pick it up and they said it’s not in stock. The staff were rude and not helpful. We’re switching pharmacies and paying $160 out-of-pocket for test strips on Amazon, to match the device they shouldn’t have given us.

This CVS has always have had issues.
I don't know who hired these pharmacists but they are very unprofessional and need to look for a different profession.
Pharmacist Mahmod told me he would have my prescriptions ready after going through a back and fourth ordeal with them and my healthcare provider, and then decided to tell me they were out of stock.
Unprofessional and once I pick up my meds here in a few days, I am looking elsewhere because these guys are the worse

Go to any other CVS. This pharmacy is run by a horrible human being. I can't believe they even have a 2.1 star rating. Hire someone else to run it. They will leave you banging in the breese at 5pm on Sunday even if you were in the drivethrough before 5pm.

I have several regular prescriptions I have filled each month and take multiple Proactive measures to ensure they have my medication in stock when I need it because I Cannot go even a day without it. Not only do they outright Lie when I call and say they placed the order. When I call again the day prior to ensure they ordered and it is in stock, there is always some "mistake", human or otherwise, that mysteriously occurred prohibiting the medication from being ordered and then, they order again and it still somehow is not ordered. To add insult to injury, when dealing with this situation several of the technicians are Extremely rude and speak to you in a manner of judgement, like they are on a power trip. Of course I am angry, I have spent at least an hour out of my busy week on the phone trying to ensure my mandatory medication is there when I need it and, still it is not. Pharmacy staff has Zero care or customer service skills. I would never share a review like this if one-off situation this is a repetitive situation month over month happening for months now. I have since moved my scripts and will have to inconvenience myself to drive further away because my local CVS pharmacy is incapable of keeping a solid, well trained pharmacy staff. The CVS STORE itself I give 5-Stars. It is very well run, by a super friendly and helpful staff that has been there long term. Store manager is excellent. Pharmacy is incompetent.

The short chubby girl with piercings and braids was super rude, I asked her a question and she looked annoyed, then she tossed the product at me. Stay unemployed if you hate your job that much.

This CVS pharmacy is unbelievable. They have pharmacy technicians handing out medication to patients without double checking the medication and making sure everything is there and its done correctly. My 8 month old son had a prescription sent there and they did it wrong and if I wasnt a pharmacy technician and known how to convert the measurements myself this situation could've ended up a lot worse. When I called the pharmacy to confront them the pharmacist i spoke to didnt seem to see the error and just said its an accident. The pharmacist name was Megan. Worst experience and honestly quite scary what couldve happened to my son.
