I have several regular prescriptions I have filled each month and take multiple Proactive measures to ensure they have my medication in stock when I need it because I Cannot go even a day without it. Not only do they outright Lie when I call and say they placed the order. When I call again the day prior to ensure they ordered and it is in stock, there is always some "mistake", human or otherwise, that mysteriously occurred prohibiting the medication from being ordered and then, they order again and it still somehow is not ordered. To add insult to injury, when dealing with this situation several of the technicians are Extremely rude and speak to you in a manner of judgement, like they are on a power trip. Of course I am angry, I have spent at least an hour out of my busy week on the phone trying to ensure my mandatory medication is there when I need it and, still it is not. Pharmacy staff has Zero care or customer service skills. I would never share a review like this if one-off situation this is a repetitive situation month over month happening for months now. I have since moved my scripts and will have to inconvenience myself to drive further away because my local CVS pharmacy is incapable of keeping a solid, well trained pharmacy staff. The CVS STORE itself I give 5-Stars. It is very well run, by a super friendly and helpful staff that has been there long term. Store manager is excellent. Pharmacy is incompetent.

The short chubby girl with piercings and braids was super rude, I asked her a question and she looked annoyed, then she tossed the product at me. Stay unemployed if you hate your job that much.

This CVS pharmacy is unbelievable. They have pharmacy technicians handing out medication to patients without double checking the medication and making sure everything is there and its done correctly. My 8 month old son had a prescription sent there and they did it wrong and if I wasnt a pharmacy technician and known how to convert the measurements myself this situation could've ended up a lot worse. When I called the pharmacy to confront them the pharmacist i spoke to didnt seem to see the error and just said its an accident. The pharmacist name was Megan. Worst experience and honestly quite scary what couldve happened to my son.

I was inquiring about one of my medications by a very nice pharmacy employee when the drive through employee to,d her in a loud voice to send me down the line because it was taking too long. Rude don’t make a customer seem unimportant if you want our business. May move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY HERE. Went in today (9/27/23)to buy a drink and a hostess snack for my lunch break. Once I was back in my car I realized the snack was hard, checked the date: DECEMBER 5 2022. YIKES, I understand some stuff slips through the cracks but 10 months old is unreal.

AVOID this location. They take an eternity to answer their phones, and you better be in line at least five minutes before they close because if you have to wait at all and get to the counter or the drive-through and it turns 6 PM, they will close that window so fast and don't care that you were in line. Then they all leave and are out that pharmacy door literally by 6:01 PM. and when people complain that they were there in time, the employees including the pharmacy manager just say " we close at 6, go to a different one." this happened to me more than once, and one of the times, the manager didn't even look at us as she said that and walked out. It is just dumbfounding how much they don't seem to care about the customers.

This store was very neat and clean. The young lady up front greeted me immediately after I entered the store. I find this store very refreshing. It has a clean smell to it. I like the wide center aisle that allows me to go straight back to the pharmacy when needed. this store is a well managed store. Very friendly staff. RB RTR

The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She ended up hanging up on me before I was even able to finish asking all the questions and things I needed done on my order. This was just the last straw. I've had nothing but bad experiences that this CVS pharmacy.

this pharmacy chooses to close whenever they want, leaving the customers with medicine stuck there even though the store is open. staff wouldn't acknowledged sledge me waiting for minutes and then wouldn't help transfer it, or do anything. if you don't want to work, don't get a job. if you're going to close early maybe put a sign up on the door, or anywhere, rather than just locking up in the middle of the day.

I noticed that this particular pharmacy is always out of certain prescriptions when other pharmacies I have gone to hardly have this issue. I understand logistics of it all but, I feel that they should have a least some back up prescriptions just in case. It sucks that I would have to go on two days without my medication. Especially when I am told, via automated voice message, that it will be ready within the next day of my order. While my case is not all that bad, I cannot help but wonder for other people who have major issues. I often wonder how they would feel if they ran out of prescription and then they drive all the way to this pharmacy only to be told "oh by the way, we don't have your medication ready yet" when the automated message would state otherwise. I might have to choose a different pharmacy that has better inventory practices. No shade. The people are nice, they just need a better inventory system.

No staff to help you in the store. Email says prescriptions are done. I go in there and they say it's 20 to 30 minutes. It's not done can't get anybody on the phone.

Much as others say... Hours are inconsistent, short staffed, and they have lost my physical prescription more than once. Today, after waiting three days on my prescription to be filled, I went to pick up and they said they need to verify that my prescription is real from my doctor. I asked why they're doing this as they had never done that before and they told me it's because I don't normally give physical prescriptions- wrong, I do every time. My doctor keeps urging me to switch pharmacies because he's tired of me having to go through these ordeals every time I go to fill the same prescription I've been on since I was 16. I've always gotten my scripts filled at CVS and I keep hanging on in hopes they can get it together but it keeps getting worse and worse. I am going to have to start bringing my doctor in the car with me to fill my prescriptions at this point with the direction we're headed. They also never notify when things are ready for pick up for anything. They also randomly deleted all my insurance info a few months ago and tried to tell me I never gave them it when I came to pick up lol. I was like? You mean to tell me that the insurance I use and have used every time I refill is just suddenly *poof* gone and it's somehow my fault? Please, for the love of all things good, just give minimal effort.

My dr. Sent my prescription here by mistake and I didn’t know. We usually go to Walgreens but right when I figured it out I went to this location. I was helped and then when I went to pay I was told it was too close to closing to run my insurance and I had to pay full price or come back tomorrow. I’m upset that she took me just to tell me that. Should have just said sorry we are closed!! Awful pharmacy!!

Terrible hours for a pharmacy (10am-6pm). Would’ve been nice to get a call to let me know when to pick up my son’s meds that he needs for early tomorrow am. But instead they are closed at 6pm and can’t get this. Dr just called it in today and can’t pick it up. Tomorrow, they open at 10am….totally unacceptable range for for a pharmacy. How can such a lucrative company care so little for the health of its most vulnerable customers? This is the only one near us, but I will need to search for one that has hours that include the morning and evening.

zero stars. first and foremost i just want to say do not make this ur go to pharmacy. i showed up in the store around 1:20. looked around and at 1:28 i went to thr pharmacy counter. the pharmacist looked at me and said sorry we cant help we go to lunch at 130. i said ok its not 130 yet. the person said sorry and walked away. the person looked very unhealthy and should not be working in a pharmacy. i am concerned that they are not intelligent enough to be dealing with life saving medicine when they arent smart enough to realize 1:28 is before 1:30 and they are still supposed to be working. that is not a hard concept to grasp so if you think about it, the fact that they cannot figure that out makes me highly skeptical that they can figure out medications. i believe the feds should look into any potential medical errors by this pharmacy because the pharmacy staff here has serious intelligence issues.
