They will rip you off and then make it sound like you picked it up and they have no idea what you are talking about.They will hold your other prescriptions hostage until you sign that you picked up the missing medications when they don't know what you are talking about.Until you scream at them and call corporate office and corparte has to tell the idiot pharmacist, "you can't hold her other medications hostage. "Then bam just like that they find the missing pills.Never applgizing or admitting they made a mistake. 'I didn't do it." Really no sh-- you didn't but your co-worker did it.Fu------ idiots rip people off.COUNT ALL your pills because this location likes to rip you off then call you a liar.Get with it you stupid idiot's. I hate this CVS AND ALL OF THE CVS'S.

I am a pharmacist and I came to take care of my sister after her surgery. My sister had surgery today and the provider sent over a prescription at 5:30pm as this is when she was discharged. This should have been plenty of time for the pharmacy to fill an ACUTE prescription if the staff knew what they were doing and CVS cared enough to have adequate staffing. My sister’s husband went to pick up a pain medication for her and he arrived at 7pm and waited for over an hour to try to pick up her medication, but by then it was time for the pharmacy to close and they couldn’t get it done. They were clearly understaffed and the pharmacist was focused on processing a refund instead of filling an ABSOLUTELY necessary medication. I know how pharmacies run and her excuse was the “timer on the safe”. Well if this medication was filled hours ago that wouldn’t have been an issue. I am absolutely APPALLED by this pharmacy and she will not be using this pharmacy again.

Disappointed because this CVS has actually been very helpful for 5 years. Today, not so much, called yesterday to get a fill, all was fine and then called before pickup today and they told me they are out and it will take 5+ days to get more. This is why I called yesterday, when I was told everything was good. The pharmacist on the phone today, she didn't care at all and offered zero solutions, the answer to everything was no. Was I frustrated? Absolutely! When I explained this, while still searching for a solution, I was literally accused of verbal abuse without any basis, then was told "I know you're struggling"" and was then hung up on. No, I am not struggling, but thanks for assuming!After this, I called another local pharmacy and they were out too, BUT a solution was immediately offered to me, actually more than one and now I am all set, no 5+ day wait! They took some extra time checking a few things for a customer in need, the same things that CVS easily could've done!If I treated my customers like this CVS, I would be out of a job in 5 minutes! If you go to this particular CVS, do yourself a favor and ask for Rohit, he is great to work with, but unfortunately was not in today.

I have been with this pharmacy for 5 years and the customer service has been continuously going down hill. They fail to keep stock of medication. I’m constantly waiting up to a week for medication or end up transferring it to a different location so I don’t go without. When speaking with someone regarding my frustrations I was met with attitude immediately and zero care for the challenges I’ve been dealing with. The pharmacists are constantly changing which I think has a lot to do with no longer keeping stock on hand. I will no longer be getting medication from this location again. Definitely do not recommend them.

Pharmacist and girl technician were absolutely no help. I use an Aetna OTC card that can ONLY be used at CVS. No where else. I stopped in at this location while out and went straight to the counter to ask if I can purchase OTC items using my card, even though the pharmacy was inside Target. It took almost 5 minutes trying to explain this to both of them, AND getting a Target worker, for them to finally understand. When I originally went up to the counter, the girl was counting pills. She was in a complete daze staring at me while I was trying to explain my card. It wasn't until the Pharmacist came out and me explaining to him, before she spoke a word. I don't know why every CVS seems to have incompetent staff at every locy, but if Aetna didn't have a contract with them, I would never step foot into a CVS ever again.

I'm a prescribing physician and I just got off the phone with a woman who didn't give her name, but while I was clarifying information she sent me over in a handwritten fax (incredibly messy), asking me for my NPI number, (which I could see was already written on the form, so didn't forget it when I left the initial voicemail), I began speaking to give her the number again, and she barely let me get out a word before telling me to CALM DOWN (I had her on speaker phone, not upset at this point, possibly speaking loudly), but then as I clarified I wasn't upset, she continued to talk over me and put me on hold. I hope she's just having a bad day, but if not, I hope that she doesn't have much interaction with patients or other people because she was so unnecessarily, incredibly rude. Everyone deserves grace and patience and I wasn't given any by her, so I hope she makes a choice to not do that to anyone else, or the management staff at this Target CVS ensures the possibility of her to treat others that way is permanently removed.

This place has went downhill since Lonnie left. New management is atrocious and lacks empathy or care for their clients. Not to mention their egregious staff. This CVS needs to be re-staffed, this team clearly doesn’t care about their clients nonetheless their jobs. CVS should bring Lonnie back, because clearly he’s the only one there that can do a job not this Joke of a staff. In addition to that their team needs to learn how to say something other than this request will take around 24 to 48 hours. I would love for them to need something urgently and informed their urgent request is not important and will take 24 to 48 hours for them to review. 0 on all measurements of satisfaction.

Excellent customer service!!! Since it’s located inside target, I don’t have to wait in any drive through for my prescriptions. I always get text notifications about my prescriptions beforehand so it saves a lot of time. The new pharmacy manager has taken this store to the great height in terms of customer service. He goes above & beyond to help the patients. Pharmacy technicians are friendly and helpful too. Congratulations and Keep up the good work!!!

Up until recently this has been my preferred CVS store. The previous pharmacist (and I believe, Manager) was Lonnie. We have been picking up scripts here for 15 years and have always enjoyed when Lonnie was on shift. He was so friendly, funny and simply a delight to see. He recently left CVS to work somewhere else and now the customer service has gone down the drain!! I'm pulling all my families prescriptions and moving elsewhere. The new staff is horrible. The first time I had a bad experience, I chalked it up to maybe just a bad day. But since then, I have been back twice and I've had a bad experience both time. That's 3 visits back to back with a very RUDE experience with the new pharmacist. I made mention of the situation to the Target Manager, and apparently I am not the only one who has felt this way. I was told They've had many complaints. Well, I'm done. I tried reaching out to CVS corporate and no response.

This location has gone way down hill. Hours constanly changing out of the blue plus Very rude people! I was just there and the clock did not read 130 pm yet and the girl watched me walk up stand there and wait for someone. She then began shutting the door and said I'll see you after lunch break. Really? I was already in line and it wasn't time for lunch. So rude.

I mean it’s CVS pharmacy within Target so expectations aren’t super high. They are chronically understaffed and overworked so what does one expect? I’ve gone all over the country to CVS and I always get text reminders when my script is done. However, this target doesn’t do that so it makes it difficult to know when to go in. Not sure why they don’t do text notifications?

My friend went to get a prescription, he dealt with the most impatient and arrogant pharmacy technician ever in this location.
