I came here because I purchased a new laptop that had stopped working after a handful of times. I was charged roughly $80 to get a diagnostic of “McCafee was colliding with the sleep settings.” A easy fix right? They said if I signed up for their membership (another $120) they could fix the issue. When I expressed I just needed the antivirus uninstalled they denied helping me if I did not commit to their yearly service. Very, very disappointing experience and will not recommend nor visit again. Not to mention, they said it was working and as soon as I got home it still was not.

I have always had a great experience with Brian at the Data Doctors at Higley and Pecos. I am recently widowed and my husband was the "tech" guy. Brian has helped me understand what I need with my computer and is always available to help whenever my computer needs help.

Brendin was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent finding a replacement computer and transferring my documents. The service received was very valuable and priced reasonably considering the condition of my computer and data. Thank you for getting me up and running again! I will certainly consider services in the future and recommend to others.

I feel like that place is a scam the employees trying to sell stuff we don’t need and charge for stuff that not even apply to my computer. Regret that I ever stopped there

They know their stuff but seems a bit expensive. Can't do it myself so it's all good! You get what you pay for and my computer is great after they did their thing.

I went here cause it was closest to my house, and it was definitely a waste of money. They charge 50 upfront for a very d*** reason. Then charged like an additional 100 to clean my keyboard upon my request. I did not need them to do any virus stuff on my laptop but they did anyway and did not clean my key board at all. My keys are still sticky and some still don't work. Do not go here unless you want your money to go down the drain.

I brought my laptop in that had a broken fan connector. I came in looking for a quote to fix it and asked if they even could. The guy who helped me said they’ll take a look at it and charged me $60 for them to look at it and said it will go towards actually fixing the problem. They have a sign that says free computer check up by the way.A few days later they call me telling me the fan connector is broke as if I didn’t tell them already and said they can’t do anything about it. So I paid $60 to find out something I already knew. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Not going back.
