First visit. Was a little nervous but front office staff very welcoming. Dr Kaplan was easy to talk to. Will be a good fit. Had to change PCP due to insurance.

Dr Linda Lau is the best Dr! She listens to you , I never feel rushed .She explains how to take a medication which I appreciate because of my anxiety. She remembers me and knows my medical history I never have to explain myself every time I go in. She is always in a good mood and very personalable.

Normally I do not like to be the patient but the providers at Desert Grove have eased my slight anxiety about that. They have also been great to listen and work with me to create my plan of care. Very professional and very pleasant to visit!

I had to wait over 30 minutes to have blood drawn and when I asked when I would be called. I was told if I could come back in 30 minutes. At this time I was there over an hour spent less than 30 minutes with doctor. I could stay as I babysit little boy and my husband was watching him. Now have to go back 4 days later to fit this in my schedule.

This is a relaxing and friendly to deal with my aging issues. The staff are efficient and calming through the hole process. My doctor is very precise by asking the right questions.

I went in thinking I had severe arthritis and in minutes I was x-ray’d and it was ruled out, and found out tendinitis was the cause. A boot for several weeks and some steroids was all it would take. The first day it already felt better

I love Desert Grove! They usually get you in pretty quickly and their staff is great! Very friendly and efficient, and you couldn't ask for better doctors. They are friendly, comforting, supportive, and very knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else!

Doctor Kaplan is very nice and good to work with but the office itself is very disorganized. There were issues with insurance not changing PCP, but at the first appointment I was still allowed to see her after I gave them the insurance confirmation number they asked for. For my second appointment two weeks later, they didn’t contact me to tell me it still hadn’t changed until the day before my appointment was supposed to be, which was a Sunday, so I couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t contact them OR insurance, despite THEM having called me. I got it handled in the morning and gave them a new confirmation number, but when I got to the appointment that day they told me the confirmation number wasn’t enough this time, wouldn’t give me a reason I couldn’t see her this time, and forced me to reschedule. I wish Doctor Kaplan had another office because this one is a pain to deal with and very inconvenient.

Dr. Lau is so kind and knowledgeable. She really seems to really want to help her patients' quality of life. The office staff and med assistants are polite and helpful too. Rare these days it seems!

Rude staff just wanted a refill on my blood pressure medication had 1 refill left but was two days late on the expiration date so the pharmacy won’t refill. so I call got a very rude lady them I was told by autumn I would have to wait a few days even know am completely out which I told autumn but she could care less
