I purchased some running shoes about a month ago from this store and have absolutely loved them. However, a few days ago, a rubber part of the sole began to peel back and seperate. I took the shoes back to the store, hoping that they could help me out. The manager was awesome. He quickly looked up the order and without any trouble, happily switched them out for me. They had the right size and color in stock so I left with the exact pair I wanted. Couldn't have gone better! Great customer service!

A few months ago, I was looking for some pickleball paddles with my brother. An employee named Joe offered to help. His expertise is golf and tennis, yet he still found us a very good deal: two paddles, a couple balls, and a bag, all for a super sweet price. And then we came back another time to find more pickleballs, and Joe came through again. Joe deserves a raise, for sure

Love this particular Dick's Sporting Goods! Manager Eric is personable and very helpful! He is knowledgeable about their products and helped me with an online order. Joanna a sales associate was kind, checked inventory and searched for my items. Stephen was my cashier. What a courteous young man. He took care of my returns and was patient with me. Thank you for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They shouldn't hire kids who don't want to work. Waited over 45 mins for this kid to bring my son a cleat ... never came so we left. Store was empty.

Shopping for hiking boots is a sub-par experience. Literally no prices displayed. So you don’t know if boots are $80 or $300, and you literally need to ask an associate to check every price. Associates are nice, but service model needs improvement. Will go to a local outdoor store next time for same prices and more efficient service model.

I waited 40min to try on a pair of shoes. There was one guys working and disbt ask me if I needed help until 20min of me standing there then never came out with my shoe. They are busy and there is alot of workers there but they are not organized. There were several people waiting a long time to even get helped. I ended up ordering the shoes online.

Went in to get running shoes for my son and hiking boots for me. The staff both downstairs in the running shoes area and upstairs hiking area were over the top helpful and willing to share their expertise. Super friendly and even went above and beyond by going in the back to look for a pair in my size. And the store was extremely busy. Definitely would recommend the San Tan Dicks.

Staff was completely lost trying to assist me. Team definitely needs more training on their own internal processes. Luckily Nate K was able to assist me quickly and seemed to be the only person around who knew what to do.

I shop here a lot and spend a lot of money here, but feel I should take my business elsewhere. The last two times I’ve been in the customer service has been kind of upsetting. I waited a long time in line for cashier as only one while employee had four friends walk up when it was my turn. He stayed sat and chatted with friends for awhile and saw me waiting and made me wait until he was done with his conversation. Went in again for another purchase and waited in line at cashier and wanted to see what the sales price was on an item. Employee told me no sale even though said it was on sale which totally cool but then I said ok I don’t think I’m going to purchase that item and she told me well I could put it in the cart myself. So then I finish checking out and I ask if she can help me with an item before I leave and she tells me she won’t help me right now and I’ll have to wait until she helps other customers. I waited in line for assistance. I was trying to make a purchase. Why is my time waiting not valid that I must now wait for other customers behind me to be helped first.

Terry was so wonderful to us on the day after Christmas. What a hectic situation and he made it so wonderful. We shortly went to the other line with Andrew who his passion is shoes and it was even more pleasant. Thank you Dicks for being being so awesome this holiday season especially Terry and Andrew!

I received a gift of two 6 packs of Nike socks that I needed to exchange. Each pack was $28 so I would have received $56 back in a gift card. The store wanted to give me back $4.35 because I didn’t have the receipt and was told this was their policy because this was the “lowest price the socks were ever sold ever in the country with sales and coupons.” Mind you I was going to turn around and buy a $140 pair of Nikes with the gift card. Be very aware shopping here or purchasing gifts for your loved ones or yourself

Shoe department needs improvement. The girl working the department said my size was not available, I showed her that online it shows available for pick up within 1 hour. She continues to tell me they are not available, without going to physically look.
I ordered them online for pick up, and they were ready before I left the store…
