Great guys and came into see if my back tire could be replaced and look like it was past the point of that. I had already been looking at tires and got a pretty good price at one of their competitors. They had no problem matching that price and then got me in and out in about 40 minutes. Can't get any less painful than that. Another great experience at discount tire

Customer service is terrible at this location. Apparently they will actually go out of their way to be terrible. Came in for a rotation today, Jan 4th 2024, Thursday at 2:00pm. Didn't see many cars as it's not usually a busy time. Guy at the counter was pretty happy to tell me it would be close to a 3 hour wait like he preferred if I would just leave so there would be less work for them. Happily accepted the wait time as I am a very easy going person. Didn't think it would possibly even be 3 hours. Usually if I make an appointment these days it still takes an hour or two anyways. It's after 5:30pm and my car hasn't moved. Noticing now on the link he sent for updates it looks like he scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm because I see a 4:20pm-4:40pm arrival time. Says it should be done by 5:15pm. Apparently walk ins aren't welcome anymore or the guy just wanted to be a jackass. I would have left and came back at 4:30pm. After sitting in the store and listening to the two sales guys at the counter talk with other customers, they clearly are not customer service oriented. You can easily tell that they would prefer if everyone that came in left. Maybe if you buy their wiper blades they'll actually try and act like they care about serving you. I guess like many other low paid employees these days they are all about work avoidance. You can tell it's not their business. Been a discount customer consistently for about 20 years and I think I'll finally have to have the family go somewhere else going forward. In 20 years I've never waited more than 2.5 hours when forced to on a Saturday. It was the fat guy with the little mustache that "helped me" today. It's now 5:45pm and car still hasn't moved. The parking lot is almost empty. They close at 6pm. Can't believe this Jackass went out of his way to make me wait until they close at 6pm because I didn't leave like he wanted me to when I came in. This business will eventually suffer from employees like this. The more I think about it, I'll never be back to discount for a purchase. Unfortunately, it's what the jackasses want... I haven't said a word to them since I dropped it off because I'm afraid they'd make me wait even longer if I'm rude to them. Now that it's closing time, I finally asked for the name of the fat guy with the little mustache and his name is Brandon Shields. Apparently he's the assistant manager. They must be really hard up for employees. Pathetic. My family will never spend another dollar at Discount Tire. There are easily a few other options.

Brought in a classic car wheel, freshly restored for them to mount to a new tire. I asked them to take care of it as the paint was fresh and took lots of time and care to get right. The Queen Creek Discount Tire is usually my go-to store, but decided to go with the dudes closer to him at Ray and Val Vista. They scuffed and scarred the wheel and brought it out like nothing was wrong. I have to refinish the entire wheel. Terrible. Never going back.

I love this place. I've been bringing my vehicles here for years, and it's always been a great experience. Employees are always friendly and professional, they take great care of my needs, and even help educate me on the best ways to care for my tires. I'm sure I'll continue coming here for years to come!

Time and time again I'm blown away by the customer service here. The last two times I've come in Cody has gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. Best company and best location for tires and repairs!

If you value your car don't go to this discount tire. They back my car into a parked truck when they were putting 4 new tires on my vehicle. I regret allowing this discount tire to work on my car. Looking back I should have insisted on buying my tires at a different discount tire. the manager assured me they would take care of everything and their claims process would get my car in pre-accident condition. the company they use; Fleet Response has a bad reputation with body shops because the first place I went to refused to work with them. I found a shop that was willing to work with them but even then there were multiple delays where we were just waiting for authorization or a response from Fleet Response. After getting my car back I noticed that in reverse my rear axel was clicking, something that did not happen before the accident. the body shop asked me to get it diagnosed by a mechanic and to bring them the estimate. the body shop found that the rear driver side axel outer boot is clicking. they denied the claim saying they are not responsible, it could not be related to the accident because it is on the opposite side of the impact, and it is just wear and tear. the manager that claimed they would take care of everything no longer works at this location and the current manager Cody is like a discount tire robot just repeating the Fleet Response BS. Although every Discount Tire location has been great, this particular location is always friendly, fast, and efficient. I've been bringing cars and trucks here for 15+ years and I always enjoy the staff in here at this location. I drive from a different town to come to this location.

The crew at this discount tire off of Ray and Val Vista are awesome! They patch my leaks due to nails, screws, etc for free, and never pressure you to buy something you don't need. Before their service and honesty, I had Cody set me up with four brand new tires, and he even found a $50 rebate coupon for me. I drive out of my way to go to this particular store for all of my tire needs.

They close too early and they always lose your valve caps when checking your tire pressure. The young kids never tighten them up all the way and they fall off after you leave there.

4th time back here in 3 weeks and still balance issues. Brought my 2023 ram in for its first rotation and balance pretty standard waited an an hour and a half or so and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately as soon as I got home the weights from the font fell off pulling into the drive way. I brought it back a few days later where I waited another hour plus to be told yes they were out of balance and had them rebalanced. Not one week later they’re out of balance again and I find my self waiting an hour plus to be told all 4 were out of balance. 2 weeks after that I’m sitting in the lobby for a fourth time waiting for what I presume to be an hour plus. At this point I’ve wasted so much time waiting and they don’t seem to even care or to even try to rectify the situation by giving me some sort of priority. It feels comical at this point and I feel like at the very least they could get me in and out in a timely fashion after all this headache. Once again this is a brand new vehicle that didn’t have a single bit of vibration until this store got their hands on it and I’m sick and tired of dealing with this and feeling like they really could care less that i have wasted hours waiting on them to mess up again and again.

I’ve been a discount tire customer for 25 years. I’ve always had good experiences. However this was not one of those. My tires separated after 20k miles and two years. Discount used the certs I purchased to replace them under warranty, so I received 4 new tires, I then paid $380 for new certs for the tires. When I got my truck home I realized they broke 3 of my center caps. I took it back and they offered to pay for 2 of the 4 center caps. So I’m now $400+ into these replacement tires. I got it home and my TPMS light is on. So I take my 3rd trip to discount. They charge me another $65 for that sensor. So I’m $465 into my “free replacement” tires from discount. Just not excellent service I’m used to from discount.
