Always buy your tires online abd set appointment before going to guarantee in stock on tires. It's amazingly fast when you do it this way. I replaced all four tires and it took less than 1 hour and 15 minutes from check in to install and drive away.

I came in with a tire that was reading low pressure after filling it with air a few days before. I came in really late last minute and Aiden was able to help get my information so I could come back first thing the next day.
The following day Cam helped me with my vehicle and made the process of getting service quick with no issues.

Go to Costco instead. You'll get better service. They will let you sit around waiting if you need a repair and help people with new tire jump in front of you. Guess they want to make the money but not help warranty issues

I recently visited Discount Tire to shop for new tires and wheels for my lifted truck, but I was somewhat disappointed with their service. They were unwilling to deviate from the standard specifications to accommodate bigger tires and even told me that if the tires didn’t fit, I’d still have to purchase them. Frustrated, I decided to try Big O Tire instead, and I’m so glad I did!
At Big O Tire, the team provided the exact service I needed—no pressure, no hassle, and a willingness to work with me to fit the bigger tires I wanted. Their professionalism and expertise made all the difference. For anyone with a lifted or larger truck, I highly recommend Big O Tire, especially the Williams and Higley location. They truly go above and beyond to meet their customers’ needs!

The staff here is always 100% attentive to customer care. In person and on the phone, I have been treated so well everytime I come here. I never feel rushed or shamed for letting my tires get so "worn". I get the best advice from the experts. I own my own business appreciate seeing other business going above and beyond. Thank you Anders and crew!

Very helpful staff. No pressure tactics; just give you the necessary information and you make your own decision. Great looking new tires and the ride is smooth and balanced.

By far the worst discount tire. The young guy was more worried about proving me wrong and blaming my low tire pressure on the sensor and the rain. I could tell he wasn’t listening because he kept asking the same questions. They said they would look at my tire but they didn’t look hard enough because I drove away only to find that my tire pressure sank lower in only one tire. I drove away worse than when I drove in.

I don’t really see how you could provide worst service.
I booked an appointment because I have a tire that is losing some air.
I received a confirmation on my phone. So they obviously have my number right.
At the time of the appointment, while I’m already in the store for the appointment, the appointment was mysteriously canceled by the store. I got a text to say so.
Then they said they could not find any record of my appointment. Or my phone number. So I was treated like a walk in.
They then took two hours to check on my one tire.
Finally, they said it was all taken care of.
Unbelievably, after all of that, by the next morning my tire is flat: worse than before their “service”.
Then I drove it slowly back to discount tire. I explained the situation. They told me they had “fixed” a different tire. One that had nothing wrong with it. The one I had scheduled them to fix still had a nail in it.
So they falsely said they’d fixed a tire they didn’t. And they let me drive away with a tire with a nail in it.
It’s hard to get the service more wrong than this if you tried.

I never write bad reviews, which says a lot about how POOR my experience was here. And this will be my last time ever visiting. My first experience at the store was quick and easy, but when they brought my car back to me after changing my tires, my headliner and sun visor were FILTHY from oil/grease from the tech’s hands. Still unable to get those stains out. On my second visit, there were only 3 customers in store, plus myself. I got there for my appointment 5 minutes early and they took my car in immediately after payment. Said to give them 30 minutes and to track their progress from the link they sent me. The assistant manager told me that they would bring my car out when finished. While tracking the progress of my vehicle, the work was complete 10 minutes after they said it would be…no big deal. I’m sitting there, waiting on someone to bring my car up like I’d seen them do for the other 3 customers in store. Nope. That’s when it started to get busy, a line literally out the door..and no one up front to check them in. I waited for 45 minutes AFTER my car was finished and I could get a “manager’s” attention. He promptly told me to get back in line and WAIT! At which point I showed him that my vehicle was complete and asked where it was since it was no longer in the bay. He proceeded to grab my keys from the counter and hand them to me…no “thank you”, “sorry for the wait”, nothing. No one told me where to find my car in the sea of vehicles and they’d parked it 4 full rows away from the building at the end of the lot. Even when hitting my alarm, I couldn’t find it..so I had to search for my car before I could leave. Piss poor service from a piss poor team. Never again Discount!!
EDIT:
By the way, the link that “Lynn” wants to “look into this further” goes nowhere! Customer service sucks and so does their generic responses to real customer concerns. Also, the tech put too much air in my tire to 40 PSI, while the rest of my tires are lower 30 PSI. And they charged me additional for a certificate I never asked for!

It's disappointing when you go to chain stores for a simple tire fix and it turns into an unwanted quote for (4) new tires. I'm aware my tires are "3/5" to replacing but they aren't needed yet. Definitely will not return to any of these type stores again. Walmart will fix my tires with no issues.
