Will NEVER be returning to this location. I went into exchange something I had purchased and didn’t realize it was broken. I head towards the register with my new item, and see these 2 women in front of me that went towards self check out register, so I make my way to the cashier whose name is Mela. I smile and begin to explain me wanting to make an exchange and she begins yelling at me. She said “maam these two people were here first and you just cut right in front of them you need to get to the back of the line.” I’m utterly shocked and embarrassed and I turn around and saw the women and said “oh I’m so sorry I thought you went to self check out I apologize” and Mela starts yelling again, “ya you need to get to the back of the line” while leaning over and pointing as if I didn’t know where the line started. There were a couple people in line and they staring at me. I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life. I say back “I’m sorry I’m not trying to cause a scene I didn’t see them” and she continued telling me to get back in line in a stern voice.
As I’m waiting in line, the employee and 2 women checking out are staring at me and giving me dirty looks. While the 2 women are looking for their card to check out, Mela points at me and waves me over to the register. I give her a confused look and walk over and she says “what do you want.”
I was able to do my exchange fine but now I’m sitting in my car crying as I write this review feeling so embarrassed.

I was there today and one of the workers kept circling around me as I was checking out. It was really weird and stalker like. Train your employees to not act like this

The employees are terrible here. They seem like they hate their job and no one wants to help you. The cashier was a guy wearing a plain black T-shirt, a beanie, with a headphone in his ear. He put his phone down on the counter to help me. What kind of store doesn't enforce an employee dress code? He looked like a customer. Another customer went behind the register to grab plastic bags because the self checkout was out of them. And the cashier and manager both got an attitude with the customer. The manager chick refilled the bags and then said very rudely to the customer "Well are you gonna use it now?" (Referring to the checkout) It seems like every Dollar Tree location is moving towards the self checkout and none of the employees have any desire to help customers at all. I've had several bad experiences with the employees and manager here. The manager girl doesn't care at all.

While out running errands I remembered I needed 4 new AAA batteries so stopped in and actually ended up getting 8 of them for only $1.25. What a great value. This store has a lot of different things so it can be fun to look around and find some bargains.

Watch out this,, when you seft check out should be careful,,, machine is so old ,, they can take your money but they said they don't see. On Camara,,, they lie to you so I want to improve to Camara, to improve I have to pay 2 time but they don't want to show. on Camara,, they're lier,,, so watch out this store,,,, The manager is so bad,,, and customer is so so so bad,,,, they're Al rude,, manager so rule don't know how to take care customers,,,watch out ,,, be careful ,,

There were two employees up front with the register light on. When attempting to get checked out, was told to use self check out. Why? They wanted to continue taking about their personal lives.
