I do a lot of drywall work and I have been having trouble with paint matches. The guy that helped me at the register was filled with knowledge and has saved me so much time in the future. I could not be more grateful. I forgot his name unfortunately but he was working the register at 12:30 the day of this review. I’m thrilled I had ran into him today.

We've used Dunn Edward's In Home Color Consulting program twice now. Helanna Weinstein absolutely knocked it out of the park with her recommendations for both the interior and exterior of our home. The individual color selections and combination that Helanna put together would never have been possible without her involvement in the project.Awesome work Helanna! Thanks again!Highly recommend!!!

These guys really know their stuff. They went over everything in detail and really help compare pricing and products. I had no idea there was so much to different colors and types of paints and their particular applications. The difference in knowledge between Dunn-Edwards and Home Depot is not even comparable. 5 stars!!

Lance took great care of us adding some training do's and don'ts in the process of getting our paints mixed to our request. It is a bit more expensive than the big box stores but you get customer service in return. ?

We are repainting our home. Our contractor highly recommended Dunn-Edwards paint. Their website advertises free color consultation. Except most stores really don't have this service. We really appreciated Kimberley's services as our color advisor. She went the extra mile to block out a picture of our house and walk us through all our color options. When I thought we'd made a decision, she offered to save all our work in case I didn't like the samples on the house so we could start the process again. She really went the extra mile to give us a great experience!

6/14/2022. Walking in there was 3 associates and none greeted me or asked if I needed anything until I walked up to them as they were casually having a conversation. The older gentleman with white hair honestly made me feel d*** about not knowing about paint and it’s process. Meanwhile the older lady sitting on the west entrance of the store kept laughing at my ignorance. My experience was definitely disappointing and I would never go back. They really put me down.

We are so grateful for the help and of Jason Salvatierra! He saved our day and our house! After picking out and painting 1/2 of our house in the wrong color we had to go in at 6am to pick out new samples so our painters wouldn't loose another day with our mistake. He was so quick to help my husband find the absolute perfect color and get him out the door. Now we won't have blue walls instead of the grey we wanted. He definitely brightened our otherwise horrible night and day and years of having to live with blue/grey walls! For anyone that is wanting the typical lighter grey with no undertones make sure you get a pint of Miners Dust DEC786 as one of your samples to test! Thank you so much Jason! Your kindness, quickness, and knowledge in the 10-15 minutes spent with you saved our whole house and that is putting it mildly! My husband snapped this picture so we remember you forever! Also thank you Dunn Edwards for being open at 6am! That's another thing that saved us! I can't thank you enough!

Do not waste your time coming to talk to Jenna about paint. Never have I been dealt with so quickly. I guess white paint is white paint. Gave me two samples and was out of the store faster than what it took to drive here. The Ahwatukee store was way more professional.
