GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I have been coming here for almost 3 years. i don't use any other cleaner so when my husband's shirt came back with a burned spot I blamed them. Of course they refused to take any responsibility for it. It's a dress type shirt, so it's not like he was wearing it and it got damaged. We won't be back and I will tell all of my neighbors and friends.

I've been using Eclipse for several years. They always do a good job and employees are helpful and friendly. Affordable and good...that works for me!

How the hell does a dry cleaner melt the buttons off your shirt?

Never again. I invested in nice scrubs (Figs) for my new dream job, where I wear black. Understanding that it’s impossible to keep these hairless having two dogs and a cat in the house, I opted to keep these looking shiny and new and spend the money to have them laundered. $16 later for two scrub tops and two scrub bottoms I dropped them off on Friday and was told I could pick them up after 4pm Saturday. I worked at a different hospital on Saturday, they were closed Sunday, and needless to say I didn’t make it in until Tuesday. Side note, when I went in on Friday they were literally taking another customer to the trash bin to try and find their clothes that they might have thrown away. That should have been my omen. At any rate. I returned Tuesday morning and they couldn’t find my scrubs. Nope. Not a single trace of them. They called another location to see if, idk, they had walked there themselves? I was informed they would have to call every customer since Friday to see if they had accidentally sent them home with them. They’re all looking pretty clueless, unapologetic, and not offering me any real solutions. Stuff that would have me written up in healthcare. At this point I’m pretty livid because if I can literally remember the medication I need to pull from the Pyxis for four different patients in an ER and then come home, do laundry, cook a meal, and keep my children and pets alive then you should pretty much be able to keep track of four pieces of clothing I very politely and pleasantly paid you to clean and lightly starch. Two hours later I get a call that they were “backed up” and “hadn’t cleaned them until this morning.” So good thing I hadn’t needed them when they were promised to me? It took you how many days to get to four items of clothing? Whole experience was totally sketch, if I want to risk losing $200 again I’ll go to a casino and not this disaster.

I've been a customer at the Guadalupe store for almost two years. I've had very good customer service during this period. I'm there twice a week. Once to drop off cleaning and once to pick up. For thy last couple of weeks. I've been noticing how quite it is in the store. With a little less enthusiasm from employees. I asked why it's so quite. I was told that the manager didn't allow them to play music. I understand these are starting jobs and turnover maybe high. The music wasn't loud. It seemed to helped the atmosphere. Music is played at most retail stores. It breaks the boredom of quite. If I want quite and boredom. I can go home and turn off everything. THIS PLACE SOUNDS LIKE A MORGUE. I'm a retired general manager from a retail environment. I belive the MANAGEMENT made a BAD DECISION.
PS I've asked for the manager the past two visits. No manager or owner available. What does that tell us? Maybe he or she will read this and contact me

I just moved to the area and need(ed) to find a new dry cleaner so I thought I would check this place out. The unfriendly girl I dropped my shirts off to reluctantly wrote "crease" on every one of my tickets...all three of them totaling about 25 shirts because I explained I need them all creased. I went and picked up my shirts today to find, guess what, none of them were. When I mentioned this, the girl I picked them up from said ' well some off them are'. I came home and looked to find one was (yes, the one cheap shirt with permanent creases). It may not sound like a big deal, but if I drop of $3,000 worth of shirts and ask for a simple thing like creased sleeves and they write in BIG red letters to do so, why wouldn't they? I do not recommend; bad attitudes and no pride in what they do!

This place sucks. I worked my ass off there without any problems for about a year and a half. I got close with the family who owns it, and hung out with their son all the time. Out of nowhere I receive a call from my manager saying that there was $50 missing from my register and I was fired. I begrugingly accepted my situation as I would have made the same assumption. However, after I left they still had a problem with sticky fingers. Just goes to show how little they care. Also for the guy who said there was a punk kid who flipped the sign before I could help him, that was me. Kiss my ass. ?

I went to drop off some clothes at 5pm and their sign said open. Just as I was at the door, a young punk kid rushed to the sign and flipped it to closed and would not help me. What made matters worse is he was laughing as well as his friend in the back. I am never even trying to go here again. Very rude staff. I wouldn't trust this place with my stuff.

I live half the year in Gilbert and have been coming here for years. I've taken my dry cleaning to expensive places and here and the only difference is this place is faster and I have less problems! Their work is always good and any issues I have they take care of. Now that they're green you couldn't pay me to switch. It amazes me that people go anywhere else. I wish we had the same service in Denver.
