I do not recommend this company at all. I trusted this company to receive services and fix my problem and then the workers disrespect my home. I also noticed that I got overcharged by a lot too. Absolutely outrageous. I still can’t believe that something like this happened.

I just had a crew of 3 in my home today. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names but they all were a delight! Polite, personable and so accommodating and understanding that they were completely disrupting our lives. I can't thank them enough for making this experience almost pleasant.

My roof/ceiling had multiple leaks after the storms. Mikey and Ecodry were so incredible! They were immediately responsive and handled everything. Mikey kept me updated the entire way and I could not be more grateful for all of his help! The guys that worked on our house were equally as helpful and responsive and even handled our stuff with such care!

Fraud company, never work with them again. They are only intrested in claiming insurance and they are not transparent on how much they going to claim beforehand which is fishy as they take all the needed info and signature then complete the work , later they tell about how much they going to claim. Beware never trust this company

I was very impressed with Mikey' help in understand what needed to be done when my garage flooded from a default water softener which included a lot of wall board needing to be taken out and replaced. I also want to say Sebastian and his team of tearing out wet wallboard and drying everything out was very good and cleaning up.

One of your Employees tried to give us a VIP escort off exit 1300 east, but things escalated quickly. He slowed down, we sped up, and then we had to cut him off to make the turn. I guess he didn't appreciate the fancy driving skills, because he tried to hit me with his truck and flipped me off. Is this the type of special talent you guys look for when hiring? Having road rage issues is a definite plus, right? Luckily, we had four MMA pro fighters in the car, so your guy was basically messing with the ultimate road trip crew. I mean, who tries to cause an accident on purpose?

I do not recommend ECODRY Restoration company to any one
My water heater leaked for a short time the garage .ECODRY came to check the water ,took my insurance info ,and the next day they started tearing out my garage without giving me any estimate for approval.,
Later my insurance told me my copay would be $4600 . When I asked for cash price ,the project manager said $4200 . I stopped the work immediatrly __it was unnecessary. I dried the area my self with a fan .
I asked them to come back and fix the damage they caused ,but they never responded . Very unprofessional and misleading company.
I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau

My plumber recommended EcoDry when I had a pipe leak. They were quick and transparent with the work needed and worked quickly to mitigate the damage.
