Just horrible. The last 3 experiences were bad. This time I ordered a Father’s Day bouquet for $105! Supposed to come with 3 Father’s Day balloons. It sucks they gave me instead TWO smiley face balloons but I understand they might have run out. HOWEVER, I was ripped off on one of the balloons I paid for when it’s already so expensive. Do nothing Bundt cakes or another service. This place sucks. Horrible customer service too.

I placed my order on 5/2/2025 to ensure my mother would receive her order for Mother’s Day and her birthday on 5/11/25. It is now 4:16pm and I have yet to receive any information regarding my order. I have been calling the store multiple times each hour to hopefully get someone on the phone and NO ONE is answering or returning my voicemails. This is extremely frustrating as i spend $150 on something special because I live out of state. This is the worst company and the worst store. Get your shit together and refund my money.

Ordered a platter for a Mother’s Day gift and they delivered it and just left it on the porch, didn’t bother knocking or ringing the door bell.

Have ordered from this locations twice and they are the only ones who struggle to get an order delivered on time. I cancelled my last order and they STILL delivered it several hours after I cancelled. They can take your money but can’t deliver an order on time. Take your business elsewhere. I asked to be called. Still haven’t been called. Never had an issue getting an order at any other location. You guys need to get your shit together.

Same ole story with this place...and not so sure it is the store's fault or system issue but have ordered online and get a call stating the item is not available. Seems like something that should not happen. The gal was super nice and advised it has not been available for 2 weeks now...:(
Looking elsewhere next time. Just not reliable enough of a solutoin for out of state.

I placed an order on 11/4 for 11/29 that didn't show. Corporate keeps telling me to call the store but the store that they put my order under is permanently closed and no one answers the 800 number. I tried canceling and requested a refund, but got an email saying they notified the permanently closed store and to wait on them to call. I tried calling 2 other stores (no open stores can pull up my order), called the 800#, left VMs on their corporate PR, HR and franchise lines. I messaged and commented on their Facebook account. I messaged them on IG. I've disputed the charge with my bank at this point, but I'm in awe of the lack of communication, care and customer service. They charged my card, didn't render services and won't reply to refund requests. Used to love this place but won't be using them again.

What a disappointment. The lady was super rude, snarky, and nasty with me and seemed like she hated life. After I got home, I bit into the fruit and nothing was fresh. The bananas were very bruised and black, the strawberries were mushy, and the apple was brown, as if it was cut the day before and just left out. Not happy at all!

My item was delivered at 430pm, after my wife left work. It was dropped off and put on her desk. How is a fruit basket put on a desk when someone is not there. Fortunately I had someone put it in a fridge, however it will be two days old by the time she gets it, if she ever does. I tried calling the store at 3pm and it took 15 minutes to be transferred to a voicemail. Never received a call back. Very disappointed.

You have to order ahead or get there first thing in the morning. No items on hand to just pick up, must be ordered ahead of time. Bummer
