Do not order from edible arrangements, clearly. Placed an order on the 7th to be picked up on the 14th at 5:30 waited over half an hour to hear from others in line in front of me that they were running out of things and not able to fill all orders. I went once to cancel my order since it was still only in the "store received" not realizing that means you have to wait 48 hrs for someone to contact you just to cancel an order. Today I saw an email from 10:54 pm last night saying I had picked up my order, which is funny because first I thought I had canceled it already and second I was almost an hour away and in bed by the time I supposedly picked it up. I have called like 3 times since I saw this email and have not been able to reach ANYONE other than the annoying auto message. Left VMs didn't spend much but 40 dollars for strawberries I never received is freaking ridiculous.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day and paid a $14.95 delivery fee and my order was delivered super late. They definitely made this Valentine's Day seem like just a regular day. I know their website says "During busy holiday times, you can expect that residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00" but this is ridiculous. They delivered my order at 10 pm. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Given that I live in another state, I figured it would be easiest to order my father an Edible Arrangement. I ordered the Corkcicle Fruit Bouquet with a Birthday Balloon. I accidentally put that it was his 70th instead of 75th birthday. I attempted to call the store but hung up after 10 minutes of waiting with an automated message mentioning that someone would come to the phone.When my sister went to pick up the order, they said they did not have the Corkcicle mug in stock (which is the reason I chose that option) and that I should have received a call the day before. No call was received regarding the issue. The employee said they would be applying a discount and would reach out. Several days later, still no call received. Sadly, between this review and an automated survey email, I'm hoping someone will reach out.

Who gets Birthday flowers at night? Too many issues sending Flowers and fruit, which were delivered around dinner. I explained I was out of town when requesting a morning delivery, was then asked if I can pick them up. That should have been my clue. The store is like 2 miles from the house. Never again.

I have had good luck with Edible Arrangements until now. The Gilbert store has been the worst experience. They don't answer text, they don't answer the phone, they don't return messages. Not even the corporate store is getting through to them. It's been over a week and they still have not delivered the bouquet. Maybe they could deliver before her next birthday.

this is the worst company I have ever used I have called 30 times left voicemails and not as much as an email back. This is a complete scam. These people are scumbags and incompetent. I would urge you highly higher anyone else but these scum.

I haven’t received the arrangement yet. But their recorded wait on hold is annoying. I don’t want to hear a repeated message without pause until someone picks up. And it’s a long message too. There is also no feedback of you are on hold ever. So you Wait and listen attentively to see if the option ever comes up. And then WAM instant repetition of the nightmare.Also I wish you added a better tracking system. Out for delivery is okay but an ETA on when it would arrive would be better. Doesn’t have to be to the minute but a two hour window at least.

I ordered something for Valentine’s Day. I only got half of the order delivered. Now I tried calling the number on the order, and I got a recording telling me there is higher than average call volume and that’s it can speak to anyone. Ok, so then I have to dig through google to find the 1-877 number go through 3 prompts to guess what get the same recording I got when calling the store….now how am I supposed to get this problem fixed if I can’t get ahold of anyone in the store or even the company? Absolutely terrible. Even today, the day after Valentine’s Day, I still can’t get anyone I get the same recording. So I turned to google review to possibly get someone to help me with this issue.

Ridiculous. I was put on a hold for 40 minutes to ask if my order was ready. Somebody finally answered and said they would check on my order and then hung up on me. Back on hold for yet another 40 minutes. When arriving there was nobody attending the phone at the counter. When I told the person who gave me my order what had happened, he just looked at me and said oh. Yeah I won't be going back here again.

This Edible Arrangements really screwed up a gift we ordered for a cousin who was graduating. We had placed an order for around $125 on a Friday to be delivered on Monday. We called EA but they don't let you contact the store directly, you contact the corporate helpline and they reach out to the store. So, we contacted the helpline and requested that the order be delivered before 1PM because the family would be gone for the rest of the day. They told us it was no problem and that they would message the store to update the delivery, which they later confirmed that they contacted the store. Monday came around and we got a notification that our order was undeliverable. We checked and they attempted the delivery after 2:30PM, while already aware that the family wouldn't be home. Okay, that sucks, so we contacted the corporate line and asked that it be re-delivered the next day, Tuesday. The help line did their thing, contacted the store and confirmed to us that they informed them. Tuesday comes, there's no delivery attempt. Wednesday comes, no delivery attempt, so instead we went and bought some things off Amazon and sent them as a gift. I called the helpline on Thursday and told them that it's been multiple days since the store was supposed to deliver this order and I wanted my money back. They told me that they had to contact the store to request a refund. A few minutes after the call with the helpline, they called me back and said that the manager for that territory wanted to talk to me before they could give me a refund. Super weird, but alright. I will say the manager was very apologetic, but she also was saying how the store assumed that our order was fraudulent because our credit card is from New York and we placed an order to be delivered in Arizona, which is insane because that's the major benefit of EA, you can send a gift to people that you can't see in person. Then she went on to say that they were super busy that week, which is fine, I understand that businesses get swamped. However, they still took my money, they offered nothing but assurances that the order would be delivered and delivered at the correct times, whilst actually providing nothing but failure and neglect and at the same time, making me reach out to them to try to correct their failures, instead of trying to contact me and make me aware of their problems. At this point, the manager apologized again and asked if there was anything they could do to make it up to us, to which I said no, I was already forced to order a replacement gift and I just want my money back and to be done with this. She told me okay, but that it may take a few days because the refunds are processed by the corporate office. That was extremely irritating because that means that this whole conversation was unnecessary and pointless. On top of that, it just leaves me asking for a refund while the store and their corporate office point their fingers at each other. This was one of the most annoying customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. If only I could give 0 stars.

Just terrible, the manager is way over their head. Order arrangement on mothers day for 12pm pickup, wasnt ready, waited 2.5 hours was told end of day. Manager stayed hidden in the back never came out to talk to anyone instead sending the kids to do their business. Just for you insane sake do not order anything from this location on holidays. Not sure how other days are, but holidays is a no no for this location.

Friendly employees and clean store. I also appreciate that they actually enforce their mask policy! The chocolates are delicious and offer seasonal treats as well. The chocolate covered almonds are my favorite!
