Total Scam Artist! They sold me 4,000 channels a month and ADT alarm service for 52.99 a month. Did not get TV service but am now locked into a 3 year contract!

The worst service I have had, and they totally lie to you. Told me they would pay for tv service if their service did not work in my area. Service did not work. They paid for 2 months then checks stopped and they blocked my phone number and never returned my messages and emails. Head customer service also blocked me. Will be taking them to small claims court. They also refuse to answer BB letters. Have an F rating with BB. They are also no longer at this address. Been told several people looking for them.

Run for your life from this company. They are constantly changing tv service without letting customers know. They do not respond to messages and nobody answers the phone during business hours. Not only that, we did have to get an alarm system in order to get their tv service. I even received an email from Safestreets, who is the alarm company, stating they had no affiliation with Shae Hensley of Engarde. We are going to contact the Attorney General on this to see what our next steps are. We were also told nothing about Safestreets being the alarm company until after the alarm was put in. We were told it was ADT. False info all the way around. I could go on and on with more info, but I think this will be enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!!!

This company is completely unreliable and ignores all plans made. We set up an appointment time for when I was home and the service rep showed up why I was at work, 2 hours early. Either he lied or who ever I set up the appointment with lied because their stories did not match up. The rep was not willing to come back out later that day. I told the office that was a bad first impression that someone doesn't know how to communicate and they have liars. Tried to set up a new appointment and nobody ever responded. I'm glad I didn't join up now. Especially with all the negative reviews I'm seeing on social media. If I was able to give no stars, I would have.

Only chose one star since there is no option for negative stars . They neglect to tell you that you have a to sign a three year contract with ADT which has to be hooked up first . After having the ADT installed all of a sudden my internet speed wasn't fast enough. They had already been out and done a demo so I'm not sure what had changed . They promised to refund my activation fee with ADT which of course never happened. Luckily I was barely within the three day time frame to cancel with ADT. After a lengthy phone call with the ADT rep she is filing a formal complaint as engarde is misrepresenting it's services and making ADT look bad also. If something seems to good to be true it probably is .

I have had Engarde TV services for 3 years and would never go back to any other provider. Just like they say, you get every channel you could ever want.

I am not great with newer technology and was a little worried when my husband wanted to change television companies. I have to say after being a customer for quite a long time now that I am blown away by how patient EnGarde has been, how easy they have made it for me, and now I'm a pro! They are always good about either answering the phone or returning my phone calls quickly and its nice to work with a company where you immediately get a live person on the other end of the line! I love what they are offering, they have saved me all kinds of money, and I am sincerely GRATEFUL!
