Amanda was the kindest and most helpful rental car agent I have ever worked with, and I have rented a few cars in the last year. I needed a car big enough to get my family and Christmas presents back to the Midwest after my company car needed to go in for serves in AZ when we came to visit. She seemed to make it her personal mission to save my families Christmas by helping us get something that worked. It felt like a friend was helping me. I wish I could contact her supervisor to let them know how great she was. If that is you than you should know she is an employee you don’t want to let go. Thanks Amanda.

I have had a reservation for enterprise for weeks as my car needed repairs from a fencer bender. Everything was supposedly in place and ready to rent my vehicle once I dropped my car off at a nearby auto shop on July 14. When I got to enterprise, they had a look at my out of state (Oregon) license and deemed it invalid for renting. I am 21 years old, expiration on my license is 2025, it is a state issued valid driver's license and it has been since it was issued in 2017. The assistant manager Brianna claims I am unable to rent because my id was issued to me when I was 17 and says "Under 21 until xx/xx/2022" and "Under 18 until xx/xx/2019" along with "Class C Provisional License". With that, Brianna claimed my ID was invalid since I turned 18 and I pose a risk to the company if I rented a vehicle because in Arizona, when you turn 21, you need a new ID, no matter what the expiration date is. Upon research, for the state of Oregon, my ID is still valid in all states for driving. I am now 21 years old, out of a vehicle to get home, stuck in the 115° summer weather. Many calls later with insurance and other rental agencies, Hertz was able to get me in (3 days later) for a vehicle. One look at my ID and the Hertz general and district managers had no issue eith my ID. The general manager at the Hertz location I visited were not shocked by my experience at Enterprise and claimed they "overbook and have to have an excuse on why they didn't rent to you for records". Brianna took a look at my age and inexperience renting a vehicle and used it against me. Do not rent with Enterprise and do not rent with Brianna. She is an awful lady and put a 21 year old girl on the street with no transportation.

Placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Called from another phone and less than a 2 minute hold. It's absolutely ridiculous. They had zero response to why. It seems every time I rent from here, it's poor customer service with a bad attitude. I'm seriously done with this location. I'll make sure to spread the word about this location.**Update** When I arrived, I was met by Brie and walked to my vehicle by Daniel. Both showed exceptional customer service, especially Daniel. He was thorough, with advancement in vehicles he explained things to be aware of, was patient, and made sure anything and everything I needed, he answered. This is definitely a 180, then what I dealt with earlier that day. I was skeptical about going in since the times I've rented there before were bad experiences and the situation earlier. Thank you to Brie and Daniel.

I've been renting here for work since 2017 and am so glad my company uses them. Never had a bad experience. A few of the same people have worked here for years so it must be a good company to work for. Great job everyone at Motorplex loop Enterprise!

Overall customer service is great at this location. During peak times, there is usually one or two agents working the front desk so expect a small delay. Recommend this location add self service kiosks for customers to check in for vehicle pick up.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I believed Amanda helped me and she went above and beyond! So kind and helpful found me the perfect vehicle and her personality was genuine and she seemed as if she loved her job! I normally rent on a different app but never again! Im a customer for life thanks to her!!!

Had emergency work done on our vehicle and needed a rental for a day or two until it was fixed. Dylan was amazing! He got us into a rental immediately and we were on our way. Everyone was so friendly and wanted to help us make our day better after having car issues. We always rent with Enterprise.
