“This place is incredible. I wish I knew about them years ago because I have spent so much money on health insurance that I never needed to spend. Its a very family oriented doctors office and you feel like you are a somebody instead of a number. Its super affordable as well for the entire family. I take testosterone replacement therapy and I am already saving hundreds per month on just switching to Prime Direct Health for that service. I think I will be here for the long term! Thanks”

“Dr Ginsberg is a caring and attentive doctor. He was recommended by my cardiologist when my previous PCP closed down her medical office last November. He has been helpful with my medications and referrals. He is encouraging for my weight loss plans and my recovery from previous surgeries. He is accessible over the phone. If you want a doctor to give you narcotics, he is not the doctor for you. If you want to have a holistic medical doctor to take care of your health to live longer, he is the one to have on your side. The front office staff and nurses are kind and helpful. I have never had a problem with my insurance company, medicare advantage, paying the bill and with my copay. Dr Keith Ginsberg is the only doctor in this office, so no idea about the other reviewers talking about another doctor or not clear who they were talking about. I think the reviewers from the past got the wrong office.”

No appointment required. Very short wait. Friendly, efficient clinic.
My husband called ahead to confirm that his blood draw was scheduled, since he had not received notice.
His primary care doctor's nurse called him back. He always enjoys hearing from this nurse & his primary doctor!
Medical care works best when you have a strong connection with those advising you. This Clinic is providing excellent care for Veterans!”

“Dr. Kaplan is why I, my husband and teen children continue to go to Desert Grove Medical. I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for about 6 years and she is pretty amazing. Very thorough, polite, professional, kind and caring...among other positive attributes. I moved from Gilbert to Queen Creek but continue to drive the extra miles just to continue with Dr. Kaplan. I have to say that I am truly surprised at all of the negative reviews and comments regarding the office staff. I have never, ever, in my 6 years of going to the Gilbert Desert Grove or from even calling the office, experienced any office staff member that was rude, unprofessional or even unkind. I am truly sorry that some of you have had these experiences I can't even imagine this.”
