“I have never liked going to a Drs office. But now I need to. I had been to 3 other offices before finding this one and it is by far top notch. In and out with your visit. Answers any questions you may have. And blood draws take 2 min. I couldn’t recommend a better office. Dr.Braig is 5 stars by himself. And the rest of the office is 5 stars for their work.”

“Arrived there 15 minutes early to answer the questions on the tablet. When finish I was called back within a few minutes which was right around my scheduled time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Donna Sharman FNP-C was awesome! She was the first to take time and explain my slightly high blood pressure by using her laptop and pulling up the heart and explaining the functions. She made recommendations saying let's give it 30 days for me to change a few things that I drink and to do more cardio before putting me on medication. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I didn't get the girls name that ran my EKG and other test & took my blood, but she was also very friendly and good at her job too. Great experience!!”

“I had my hormone labs done and they showed I had hypothyroid. I showed the dr my lab work. She said she didnt want to put me on a pill I'd have to be on for the rest of my life but in the next breath was trying to get me back on antidepressants I used to take years ago?? They then had me get more lab work, called me saying one of my labs were high and that I needed to get it tested again. I was very nervous about that high test, so I came in that day just to never hear back from them? Like what was the point of spending all this money on an appointment and two labs just to be forgotten about? Like not even a call about the results? Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

Edit: The owner (Dr.Fischbeck) called and answered all my questions and went over my test results. Owner is very nice and I would consider going to see him next time I need a PCP. Very professional and did what he could to make things right. I appreciate him making time to call me.”

“Dr. Nguyen was really great! Excited to have found her for my primary care physician after moving to AZ. I was pleasantly surprised she was able to assess my lower back issues and give me exercises to help activate and strengthen my hamstrings and lower back. Typically that would have been a referral for PT/OT but Dr. Nguyen took care of it! She’s really great, I hope to have her as my doctor for a long time”

“I just want to start with saying how bad I feel for the people who struggle to find good medical care.

With that being said, I personally ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. KATZ AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF at Paradise Valley Family Medicine!!

I've been a patient with this practice for the majority of my life. I was reading the other reviews and was shocked to see some of the negative remarks by others. My heart really does go out to them. I don't know which provider they saw. There are multiple doctors and PA's at that office. I can only comment from my own experience with Dr. Anthony Katz.

I have a multiple health issues with no cure in sight and there aren't enough words to express how amazing my experience has been throughout the years. I would travel any distance to see him, and I actually have. No matter where I've lived in the Valley, and I've lived everywhere, I have stuck with him and driven the distance. I know how priceless it is to find a great doctor that you can trust. He's almost like family, only better. You won't find a more caring, knowledgeable, considerate and thorough doctor anywhere in this country! He has a heart of gold! He genuinely cares about his patients.

His front staff are great as well!! I wouldn't dare forget them. They do a great job of managing the schedule. I have NEVER had to wait in the lobby or the exam room for more than just a couple of minutes. Karla has been with him for almost as long as I've been seeing him and she is so kind. She always greets me by name with a smile and asks about my family. I've NEVER had ANY issues, not even one complaint!

I just LOVE the ENTIRE staff!!

I've even had a great experience over the years with the girl in medical records. She's always so kind and willing to go the extra distance to help, even when I've needed things that same day. She is always willing to accommodate to my needs. She's awesome!! How many people can say that about the medical records department?

When I was reading the reviews I had to make sure that the people with negative experiences were talking about the same office that I go to.

Finding a doctor and/or specialists that you can trust with your health isn't always easy, and my heart really does go out to people who struggle to find good care. I can relate. We've all been there at some point in our lives. It's just never been a bad experience for me at this office.

I pray everyone is successful and blessed in their search for answers with their health. You don't have to settle. You'll know when you find the right doctor. No one knows your body as well as you. You just need to find someone who really listens and cares. Everyone deserves to be cared for and to be shown kindness and respect. Especially when dealing with health concerns.

Remember to show the same kindness, consideration and patience in return. I can't imagine how tough it would be to work in a doctor's office. Most people aren't feeling their greatest or showing the most patience and they aren't always in the best of moods. The medical and office staff deal with a lot of very sick people every day.

Try to remember to thank those that are doing their best to make a difference.

“I saw the.price of bread and eggs, thought I was having cardiac arrest, or at least fibrillations. Help Me!If you come to this practice you'll meet Maggie. Not long ago Maggie told me she's worked for Dr. Sayegh 16 years. I've known her since she was a girl. Now she's a woman, mother to a teen, and keeps this practice running. "Sage, Dr. Stephen Sage." is how his name is pronounced.The Sayegh family has practiced Family Medicine in Phoenix at least two generations. Because the Sayegh's are worldly, metropolitan people at least three, maybe more languages are spoken un this practice. The patients are diverse. I like that.My visits here are normally annual checkups. One blessing I received from my somewhat crazed and eccentric ancestors is good medical health. All them farmers, outstanding in their fields.Some Docs, you go for a visit, get papers for labs, etc. and you have to go to another appointment in a distant building. At Dr. Sayegh's, I can pee in a sample jar, get blood drawn, ultrasounds. stress test, all on premises.Staff is great. I always enjoy coming in and seeing the same pleasant people from my last visit. I'm usually in once or twice a year.”

“I usually don't review medical facilities or pharmacies. This whole place is awesome. The physicians have all been wonderful, and the pharmacy has been amazing. Other places have made me feel like a criminal when I get a medicine, or need it early. Min ( I believe her name is ) and her pharmacy staff are wonderful. While the hours can be a challenge, I was running extremely late tonight,and needed my diabetes medication. They not only answered after 5, but made arrangements for me to get what I needed, and have me pay on Monday after they open back up. A++++5 plus stars ? ? ?”

“I've been seeing Dr. Cohen back when she was doing her residency at St Josephs Hospital. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cohen and have the most respect and confidence in her. The office has NEVER been an issue at any time. All staff and NP's have been wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a wonderful practice for their medical needs. As for those who are complaining. I guess you cant please everyone. Someone always has to complain about something I guess.”
