I finally started going to FedEx after having nearly every interaction at the (much closer) UPS store go wrong. Very happy I changed, and this will be my go to store in the future.

The one sweaty lady with a rotten attitude is the one of the worst kinds of people to deal with. So not cognizant of her own attitude and actions. Will avoid this place if possible because of her.
