Worked with this location a couple different times to get a big print job done. The only person who was helpful and accommodating was Spencer. I really appreciated his time and thorough explanations of what we were looking at. He never seemed inconvenienced and always happy to help. Almost every other individual who works here is very cold and unwelcoming.

I printed bridal invitations here and it was so easy. I went to the FedEx website and used the free Canva program complete with templates. Received them the same day! They also came with envelopes. They were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Everything from printing and shipping seems to be a problem here. I’ve visited this locations a few times over the last couple years and it always seems like the customers are an huge inconvenience. God forbid you have any questions about shipping. I’ll stick with UPS thanks.

Sent a pkg. to Europe the end of Aug., agent did not disclose that the item I was shipping would denied. Manager at this location stated she should have disclosed that information. I received the very small pkg. back a week later and was charged $133.74. I refuted the charges the same day with my CC co,. however I am unable to get a hold of a live customer service agent at this location or their 1-800-463-3339 line. Just recieved a collections notice, not sure why since they returned the pkg. without disclosure. Very unhappy with FedEx overall and would not recommend.

My wife and I have been expecting packages since Thursday the 7th. It's now Saturday the 9th. Every time we call about the status of our packages we get the runaround and the typical I'm sorry crap. Our packages were supposed to be delivered on Thursday then we were told Friday then we were told Saturday and nothing has been delivered. The representatives are patronizing and not helpful. Nobody has any answers and nobody will deliver our packages. One of our packages is an auto part and the other package is a hello fresh delivery. I will never do business with FedEx ever again. Terrible customer service.

employee yesterday morning was rude and short with me and the person in line in front of me. Bragged about how he doesn’t care about his job, he just ships things. He was clearly annoyed that I didn’t know I couldn’t do postal at a fedex, (I have mailed 2 things in my entire life and they were both through fedex) and when I asked if I could borrow a piece of tape for my envelope he practically threw a packing tape device at me. Yesterday and the day before were some of the most challenging days of my life, which I don’t expect him to have known, but as a customer service worker we all know better than to make somebody feel guilty for asking a question. You never know what someone is going through, this is something we learn in kindergarten, and this employee is at least 40, twice my age, and should know better.

I’ve been using this location for the past 15 years for all my large printing needs. Whether commercial use of large marketing prints, or personal needs like grad or birthday cards. They are a busy store, and manage to make time for every customer without rushing their questions. Most recently this weekend, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli. He was very patient with my questions, and had a really friendly attitude. I appreciate all the help!

I shipped over 17 shipments here one day and ended up needing to change where they went after the truck picked up the packages. Alex the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me stop the shipments at the hub. While shipping the packages Alex was super patient and super helpful with the amount of packages I had to ship!

I came into this FedEx location following a horrible experience at the UPS store, where I encountered significant upcharges compared to their online estimates and unhelpful employees. At FedEx, I was assisted by a gentleman named Jay.
Jay was extremely helpful throughout the process and respectful. He provided exceptional service and ensured that the prices matched their online estimates. The contrast in customer service and pricing transparency between FedEx and UPS was stark.
Thanks to Jay and the team at this FedEx location, my shipping experience was smooth and satisfactory. I highly recommend this FedEx location for anyone looking for reliable service and fair pricing.
