Much like the post office, you get people here who apparently have never shipped anything in their lives and act like it's a surprise they need to know the address of where they're shipping to or how they want to send it. Or that it's going to cost more than $2 to overnight something. The staff has never been good at expediting past the morons either so if there's 2 people ahead of you in line it's a 10 minute wait even if you have a simple dropoff.By the way their kiosk dropoff scan isn't a real scan. It doesn't start the clock of an actual "we have your package" pickup so there's no point in using it. If you have a label, just yeet your package in the bin and don't bother scanning it, cause they'll have to scan it again anyways.

Conveniently located but don't visit in the A.M. hour, the employees really do not want to help. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I have been in multiple times with the same people and let's just say, customer service is not a priority.

I'm very tired of racism... I had no problem picking up my package with my alternate name (David M as I'm using this also in maps), but last time the person who was there on 9AM Jan/5/24 won't release the package to me because the name is different. Although FedEx told me that as long as the address on ID is the same as the one on package, it's ok. And I have my ASU document showing my preferred name is David, and I have my alternate name in my FedEx profile which can be checked!! Interesting... Also told me there could be a $10000 ring in the package WHICH IS LABELED NESPRESSO!! ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️Update: the young lady with curly hair checked my badge and gave me my package.Update 2: I'm so disappointed that there is no $10K ring in my Nespresso package ? bummer

Don’t go to this location; the employees have HORRIBLE attitude. We went there to print some copies. A lady with blonde curly hair printed it for me first. The content was completely cut off and most of it was missing. They didn’t give me a refund, nor attempted to act like they cared. Then, I tried to do it myself, asking them if there was another size of paper available, and she didn’t even acknowledge my question and lacked basic knowledge of printing paper. If you ever need to print something, go to Staples instead. They have wonderful customer service and will help you with whatever you need.

Although there was a bit of a wait which is why expected seeing as it’s Dec 28th.. someone came down the line of people to see if anyone already had a label printed out or to answer any questions. The staff was helpful and nice and the store was clean

The location feels super busy, but register times are just slow due to the amount of information needed to ship. Staff are usually friendly and have great personalities.Store area is small. Package drop-off, limited office supplies/cards, copy machine, large printer, and a couple workstations.Parking is really tight. There are way too many stores packed into this area.I dropped off meticulously wrapped gifts to ship to family across the country. All were to go into one box. The wrapping paper on one of the gifts was damaged when it arrived. The gift was visible enough to identify it. I am disappointed in the handling of my items after I dropped them off for shipping. I know this is a busy time of year, and mistakes can happen, but I wish some notice could have been given to the box recipient so we could coordinate fixing it ahead of time.

Dropped some packages off not realizing they were for USPS. When I went back to get them they told me they weren't there and that they could have been "thrown out" when those packages were worth upwards of $300. Workers are grumpy and rude. If you don't like the career you chose get a different job instead of being miserable and bringing everyone else down with you

Very bad customer service at this 105 Gilbert Rd center. Had to wait more than 40 minutes and the person was not ready to help with printing as needed. I wonder how are they even in business.

Drove 45 mins to get to this location. Arrived at 7:01 to pick up a prepaid order. I knocked. Guy in the store looked directly at me and shut off the lights and walked away.

I have never really shipped anything before. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was worried that they would be annoyed with me because I have no idea what I'm doing, but he was very happy to help me. Thank you Ryan!

It's time to stop making jokes about print shop employees. The team here is dedicated, professional and friendly. They are folks you can count on when YOU failed to plan and need a rush job or ship. Please do not hassle then about the cost. (They don't get to decide that!

About an hour and a half before closing, I drove 30 miles to this location because the store had the ability to scan a blueprint into a computerized pdf document. When I arrived I found out the machine used to scan extremely large documents such as blueprints was apparently not working - naturally I was very disappointed and felt as though my drive was a total waste of time. What really surprised me was that both Armond and Jace began working with the machine to see if they could get it back up and running. They explained they would start by rebooting the machine which would take at least 15 minutes, of course I was willing to wait. They worked simultaneously thinking of ways they could get the machine working. I was thrilled after their tireless efforts got the machine working again, which allowed them to complete my blueprint scan. What I found refreshing about my experience at this location was the tenacity of Armond and Jace! They simply jumped into action when needed to assist the customer. They saw a problem and immediately worked together to resolve it. Employees nowadays simply would've sent me out the door saying "come back another time after the machine has been repaired". I was impressed with their knowledge of the machine, their unwillingness to simply send me packing and their kindness. As far as I'm concerned Jace and Armond are an EXCELLENT representation of outstanding customer service and exceptional examples for FedEx - its people like this that keep customers coming back

Saved the day! Most excellent staff and management at this location! We'd like to especially thank Andrew, Kali and Haylee for their great dedication to customer service. We were in a pinch to get a presentation out, and this team did everything in their power to work with our deadline. They even helped us with over the phone support when we needed it the most. They were genuinely supportive and guided us step by step. We were left extremely impressed by their determination to win.They went above and beyond.We do a lot of business with FedEx but this teams' outstanding professionalism will continue to bring us back to FedEx and this location in particular.Most excellent.
