Walked with at 645 on a Wednesday night. Fairly busy with most bays filled. I had a flat, the 2 gentleman working jumped into action right away. The tire could not be repaired, expecting to have to "pick it up tomorrow" these young men put new tires on past closing time. Appreciate the customer service. I will be back to the Gilbert and Guadalupe location.

Darryl is pretty awesome. Really helped me with knowing the problems with my vehicle. Didn't pressure me into getting all the work done. Felt very comfortable with his help. Very nice and friendly. That's Really important to me. Thanks again

Did they patch my tire after I got a nail in it? Yes. Did they estimate it would be 45 minutes and it ended up being over 3 and a half hours? Also yes.
Update: They didn't charge me, so that's a plus. Still wouldn't return.

I brought in my car to get an alignment on 2/13/2025. I told them to make sure to tighten up the rear camber arms at the end of the job and I was assured they would. Once the alignment job was completed and I was paying up front, I checked with them again to confirm they tightened the jam nut on the rear camber arms- was told it was done.
Two days after my alignment, I checked the rear camber arms and the jam nuts were NOT tight. On top of that, they could not correct the FR camber because it's too much work.
They gave me the before/after printout of the alignment, but I do not trust them after this. I will be taking my car to another shop to get the job done right. This visit ended up being a waste of money- I'm never going back here again !

Steer clear of this Firestone. I used to go to one in the westside and was great. They’ve ripped me here off more than once. Also the manager will smile, look you in the eye and lie to your face

Two stars because they have always work with me on price. I bought a used car. The dealership had put in a new battery. I took it to FS to do a new purchase mechanical check and they told me I needed a new battery. I took it to two other places where the battery was rated at good. I brought it back for a tire pressure check a few months later and they told me I had a bad battery again. I had them check it in front of me..and wouldnt you know it it check GOOD. Sooo......what's going on here?

Service writer was friendly, and I received the pre and post alignment numbers I asked for, so I was satisfied. The service writer also explained the lifetime alignment which I purchased, and let me know what parts needed to be replaced on the front end. I'll replace those parts and bring the car back for a no-charge re-alignment, as often as I like in fact.
