Workers are rude especially the manager lady. Did a full diagnostic on my car and wouldn’t give the review because the insurance didn’t pay them yet. So pretty much hold the info hostage even though I payed out of pocket over 100 dollars. She said “if you take it into another shop the codes will still be there and you’ll get the answer.” So I can’t see what else is wrong with my car even though all is being payed for. Also the mind set there is if you don’t buy extra they will half ass the job. One big indicator is they left the flap protector under the car just dangling. To top it off my battery is 10x worse than when I dropped it off. Not once did I have to jump my car. But when I pick it up gotta jump it every time now. Slick ways to up-sale ppl. Overall the experience here feels like I just got ripped off and I would not recommend this Firestone to ANYONE if you expect a good job done on your car.

Don’t bother going here they don’t put your car back how it’s suppose to and they leave your battery dead and also try to up sale everything of course. It’s a bunch of young kids working there that don’t know what they’re doing highly disappointing.

Don't Get your Oil Changed here. !!!!!
We had a oil change and they never pur oil in after draining it . It blew the engine.
I even want back in to question while light was on.
Called corperate and they wrote up a fake work order.

I was greeted promptly when I dropped off the car. I received a call a little while later explaining in detail issues they found and the cost to address the issues. The service was done promptly and it was just a overall good experience

Outstanding service! I am here on vacation and my tire picked up a nail on the edge (unrepairable). Rebecca got my vehicle in and Trenton installed a replacement tire, performed the safety rotation, and had me back on the road in an hour!!!

Rebecca and the staff were great. I had a flat tire and it was losing air fast. They were one of the only shops still open at 6pm. I wasn't sure if I would even make it home if they didn't help. They welcomed me with a smile and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The technicians in the back worked hard and fast on my vehicle and I was able to get me home safely. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be back to use them again.
