My wife and I began to interview possible banks for a new construction loan, for a house and aircraft hangar, last fall. We wanted to qualify as "Owner Builders" and knew it may not fit with some of the banks. Over a few weeks, we had contacted 6 banks. I would be cautious with this bank. There is a huge lack of communication with the commercial loan officer. This was a complete waste of time and money. I'm glad I found this out before I signed formally at the escrow office.
