First, this review is for a project June 2024. I wanted to wait and make sure it has rained multiple times. Second, they were knowledgable, prompt and patient. Third, not only were they all the things I described, they had to deal with our previous contractor who was unable to do the proper install of the roofing and Five Guys had to not only fix his job, but still managed to do an incredible job with having our previous contractor calling them non-stop trying to get them to lower the price. We ended up paying for it because our previous contractor did not have the experience to take on a job like ours. Lastly, they even sent us cookies after the job was complete. They were awesome and I would use them again. Also, did I mention that they even came out and placed the tarp before even giving us an estimate, so essentially free-of-charge. Fyi- I think they felt bad for us after seeing what the previous contractor did.

Not necessarily a customer, but I bumped into one of your employees at a restaurant after I finished work and was heading home. He opened the door for me and we had a nice conversation while waiting in line to order. If the young men at this company are as friendly as Gunner, than it must be a good one!

Worst service i have ever seen. They started the work in the winter, first knocked not my heater, was a struggle to get them to come back to fix it. then was come back in the summer to finish the job, put a hole in my ceiling, and had to wait for the drywall patch to be done. the project manager stated he would be out to cover the hole, and never came. They did not cover the cars in my complex, and we had such a mess. The whole process was a nightmare. They got plaster on my furniture and bedspread.

Replaced my old roof quickly and efficiently.Fast friendly service. I just bought another property that needs the roof replaced and I am using 5 Guys again. Can't beat the warranty and yearly inspection. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

These guys have worked on a few small roofing projects for us over the last couple of years, and I've been meaning to write a review! They had good communication, were reasonably priced, and did good quality work. We've had a lot of really awful roofing experiences with other companies, so will definitely use 5 guys again in the future. Great customer service as well.

Do not use Five Guys!!! Our commercial building has had nothing but leak after leak after leak, almost immediately after having them replace the roof with their "10 year warranty". Who cares about a warranty when the work done is complete crap. They have been out over 20 times to warranty their poor workmanship while the inside of my building and products get soaked from non stop leaks. Again DO NOT hire these guys! if you want a job done right by a company who even cares about their work go somewhere else. Their warranty is simply a scam if you buy a roof that leaks non-stop.

In my 46 years of commercial property management, I found it a great pleasure to work with Five Guys Roofing. Their pricing is fair and their customer service is excellent. We are a commercial property located in Mesa, AZ with over 250,000 sf of retail / office space. Jake Stowell of 5 Guys Roofing was great to work with. He and his office were excellent with communication, they followed up with us throughout the service and checked in with us at the job's completion. Amazing Customer Service! After a windstorm that went through our neighborhood, our roof was partially damage. A representative from 5 Guys Roofing (Mark), knock on my door and was offering to provide a free estimate of the damage. He booked a day and time and advised someone will call the day of to confirm the appointment. On the scheduled date,, I received a call from Sam to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes and explain what he would be doing and would provide the estimate by end of day. I received the estimate the next day and had a few questions. I reached out to him and he was very responsive. Appointment was set and the repair guys came out and did an amazing job! My experience with this company was truly amazing and will use them in the future. I highly recommend 5 Guys Roofing service.

We had water traveling down the valley metal and being redirected directly into a window with the high wind speeds. Justin from 5 Guys was able to show up and offer me a great solution that did not break the bank. I appreciate the great customer service and the awesome communication. During the repair , I got a video explaining how water was getting into my home and what was being done to fix the roofing issue. My complete experience with this company was great start to finish. Unbelievable Negligence: My Disastrous Encounter with Five Guys Roofingtldr;Five Guys Roofing proved to be a complete disappointment, failing in crucial aspects of their roofing project. Their inability to match tile colors, neglect of debris cleanup, oversight of removing old underlayment, and blatant disregard for weather conditions highlighted their unprofessionalism and unreliability. Choosing them for any roofing work is strongly discouraged.I recently had the misfortune of hiring Five Guys Roofing for what should have been a straightforward roofing project. Unfortunately, what transpired was a series of astounding errors and a complete lack of professionalism that I feel compelled to share with others to prevent anyone else from suffering through such a dreadful experience.My ordeal began with their recommendation to replace my entire roof using UDL Ply 40 underlayment. However, their competence quickly came into question as the project progressed.Right from the start, their temporary tarp solution for a water leak failed miserably, falling off within a day. Despite my attempts to address this, their dismissive attitude left me deeply concerned about the quality of their work.Once work finally began, the problems escalated to an unimaginable degree. The absence of a trailer for debris disposal during the removal of the old roof underlayment led the workers to recklessly toss debris from the second story, causing damage to my window and screen. While they offered to cover the repair costs, their incompetence in handling the situation was painfully evident.Even worse, they displayed a blatant disregard for the weather conditions. Despite assuring me that work would halt in the event of rain, they continued working in the rain, causing unnecessary complications and delays. They also failed to properly clean up the debris, leaving me to clean up dangerous nails and wood fragments to protect my vehicles.Throughout the process, I felt forced to micromanage their every move. They repeatedly missed important details, such as neglecting to replace underlayment on the apex wood where two roofs converged. They also seemed uncertain about whether any plywood was replaced on the second story, a troubling sign of their lack of organization and communication.Their ineptitude persisted during work on the first-story roof, where they initially neglected to replace underlayment on the apex wood and botched the dead valley, leading to water accumulation during a routine hose test. However, the most appalling aspect was their utter disregard for aesthetics. Their decision to install gray tiles alongside my faded red ones, coupled with their nonchalant suggestion to hide the mismatch, demonstrated their lack of professionalism and pride in their craft.To make matters even worse, I discovered an egregious oversight that I had forgotten to mention earlier. After removing the tarp from my pool, they allowed multiple bricks to fall into the water. Instead of notifying me and rectifying the situation, they left the bricks there for me to discover and remove. This shocking negligence added another layer to their appalling conduct.Adding insult to injury, it became apparent that some tiles weren't properly secured. Merely touching the tile caused them to dislodge and fall out of place, posing a significant safety risk and raising doubts about their craftsmanship.My encounter with Five Guys Roofing was a nightmare beyond comprehension. Their negligence, poor communication, and complete lack of attention to detail turned what should have been a routine project into a catastrophe. While I will begrudgingly make use of their free yearly inspections, I strongly advise against considering them for any roofing work. Spare yourself the frustration, disappointment, and danger by seeking out a more competent and professional roofing company. If you've had any prior dealings with them, I urge you to thoroughly inspect their work, as their standard of quality is nothing short of appalling.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind

Excellent work!! We were selling a home in Maricopa-we live in Florida!! We had multiple estimates that were all so different and $$$$! Nikki Baxter and the entire 5 Guys roofing company were honest-timely and affordable! When they work on something and you are in another state- u have no idea what may happen-they exceeded our expectations from the inspection-estimate to repair- their work comes w a warranty fir the new buyer- easing our worries! Five Guys Roofing replaced the leaky roof on my house! I couldn’t say enough nice things about them. Their inspection was thorough, their bid came back quickly, and the got me on the schedule fast! I was happy with the selection of products I was offered and felt confident in their workmanship and warranties.I have since referred them to my mom and used them on an investment property. I have used FiveGuys Roofing for numerous large roofing projects and they never disappoint! The are very professional, on time, clean, and provide great communication through every step of the process. I have worked with Dave and Ali on the FiveGuys sales/admin team on over a dozen projects and they are great at finding the best roofing solutions and always put together a great production plan that is efficient and on time. Angelo who is one of the crew foreman is a great on site facilitator and provides daily updates and pictures for every project we have done. The quality of work is always of the highest standard and they stand behind their work at every level to give great peace of mind to their clients.
