The staff here are great. They are helpful and polite, but the store doesn't have anything worth shopping for here. Inventory is trash. No new drops and not even regular sizes in the inventory they do have.

Bought My little one some shoes ? he's 1 and honestly couldn't care less but his mother and I had a fun time having him try shoes on. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks guys

Why is this store not open it's 11 oclock wed I have been here an hour What poor customerservice people keep coming to buy shoes but the store is not open I am trying to reach district manager Angela but nobody has her number I am here to get a refund on shoes i had mailed to my house from this store and they are not real nikes. THE WERE MADE IN INDONESIA FAKE NIKES I cant believe no one is here to open the store I would shop at a different store unbelievable the store is not open

Walked in and was greeted right away by Jared the sales associate, asked a question on an item and he checked with another associate, then got the manager involved, found the item in the back. They worked as a team to assist what I was wanting in the item. I appreciated Lucas who was the associate communicating with his manager Jade to fulfill what I was looking for as a team for customer service. This kind of service makes me want to comeback for the next item I need at this particular store! ?

12/21/2022 the store opening hours were 10am. I arrived at 955am for opening and it is now 1031am and the store has not opened. An employee arrived at 10am to get in store and the opening manager was running late according to the employee. This is a critical week for the holidays and this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing as I took off work to be here at opening for a reason.
UPDATE: manager arrives around 1035ish as if he rolled out of bed with his buttcrack hanging out and says give me 10 min … he was not pleasant not apologetic no empathy whatsoever. As a manager myself, I’m appalled. I did inquire about a discount for waiting and of course nothing. I won’t be coming back to this Footlocker ever. Not to mention I witnessed hundreds of dollars just walking away as people were upset they weren’t open yet.
