What a great location. They had so many options to choose from. I came in today with my son’s girlfriend looking for some items in the Hello Kitty Collection as well as some beauty items near the register. The store was spotless and staff amazing.

The Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. No Greetings or Smiles Here. Absolutely No Professionalism from Any Associate Just Stares and Attitude. To Check Out was A Year Long Process. The Cashier was Absolutely Clueless and Looked High. I Will Never Support This Establishment. Go to A Different Forever21 Elsewhere. I Called To Leave A Complaint and The Gentleman That Was A Asshat was Management. Dillard's and Macy's are Close By... Go There They Have Better Styles and Helpful Employee's....

I came in after 11 am and I didn't get a "hello", "welcome in" or even a look of acknowledgement. I get that it's in the morning...but I work in retail and I still make the effort to greet my customers. A head nod, a small hello, something. The girls didn't do this to me or two other customers who walked in. They were just talking while putting items up but didn't look in the direction of the customer to again acknowledge. While I walked around, browsing they didn't come up and ask if I was doing okay at least. Four girls in total and none of them said anything.

I’ve never had to write a review before but this location is just the worst. The employees have such a bad attitude and they don’t even greet you. Nick, the guy who was helping me out with my return has an ugly attitude all the time he doesn’t even try to be friendly. I ignored it and said have a great day and got no response from him as I supposed. And he seems to always be like that the times I go. I’d rather drive further to a different location then to keep coming here

I shop at Forever 21 frequently and have worked in retail for 6+ years, 2 of those in management. This location is absolutely awful. I purchased items that went on sale 2 days later so I went to return the items I purchased full-price (with tags all attached) and the manager would not let me return them on the full price receipt and said they would have to use the receipt that I purchased the items on sale. I went to another location and they accepted the return no problem. The manager I spoke with at the SanTan location (Nicholas) was also EXTREMELY rude, he has a major attitude problem. I copped an attitude back to be fair but he gave me attitude & denied my return with no reference to any policy so it seemed he just did not want to deal with a major return an hour before close. Some other reviews mentioned managerial issues at this location and I second those reviews — I will stay away from this Forever 21 location and go elsewhere where they have better attitudes and don’t mind helping (aka good customer service skills)

*Update*I called the store today and spoke with Nick, the manager on duty. I told him my problem and I asked him if he could hold my items until I could get there this weekend. He said yes and that he would be there this weekend as well. I asked him about the hours and he told me that they had been trying to change it because the whole mall closes at 8 Monday through Thursday but Google has not updated it. So this is not a Forever 21 issue, it's a Google issue. Come on Google get it together. People rely on these websites for accurate information.I placed an online order about a week and a half ago and the store that had my item in stock was a little ways away but I didn't mind driving because I really wanted that item. So I've been trying to get over there all week long and tonight I just happened to be in the neighborhood. I do Doordash so I stopped working so I could make it over to the store before they closed. The store closes at 9:00 p.m. according to the website. I got there at 8:40 pm and they were closed. Apparently they close at 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. I don't have to tell you that I was a little bit upset. And by upset I mean I am really pissed right now. Not only did I lose money because I stopped working in order to get there at what I thought was closing time. Now I have to waste more damn gas to go down there and pick up my item.Somebody might want to adjust the online hours to reflect the actual hours. So somebody else doesn't have this freaking issue.
