Freestone Recreation Center is a great place for indoor fun and exercise. It offers a safe, temperature-controlled walking track, a rock wall for climbing, and activities like Walleyball and racquetball courts. The facility provides longer hours for youth and various fun activities and board games. The staff is friendly, excellent, and helpful, offering great customer service. Fitness classes are vigorous but age-appropriate, with instructors described as excellent, inclusive, and humorous. It is a very nice recreation center for both residents and non-residents, though one court has been noted for needing light repairs.
What a great place to have a fun time indoors especially if its raining out (which it was the night we went.) Such friendly hosts at the desk compared to the Mesa rec centers and so much more to offer including longer hours for youth. they have Walleyball rooms courts to practice volleyball skills. thanks for the good time!

I have gone to the primetime fitness class of and on for more than a year and while I am 67. It is vigorous, but very age-appropriate not only that Sherry and Susan are excellent instructors, very inclusive, and also very humorous 😄
