Of the few Frys I have been to this is one of the better ones. It is clean. Staff is friendly. Very big store that has everything you will need.

The Pharmacy was horrible service I was waiting in line while Victoria at the pharmacy counted receipt rolls with the other store employee. Anyone with some common sense would have stopped the receipt count to assist the customer. She was rude and unprofesaional. I was helped by another associate that noticed I was waiting. Fry's Pharmacy do better Victoria needs customer service training receipts roll inventory can wait.

Cathy at customer service is fantastic. Kathy manager is great. Mary liquor manager is wonderful. I just wish the stock boys knew how to ROTATE the stock. So MANY times the new product is in the front and the close to expiration date product is in the back and so many many times finding product out of date- sometimes a week or a month and 2 weeks ago a few products 6 months out of date. Such an easy way to fix with stocking staff and of course management follow-up.

I used go to this store at least 4 times a week. The produce department is just gross. Don't expect fresh anything. Go to Safeway or Sprouts. Much better quality. Checked out the grapes for days. Bottoms of the bags are rotten grapes. This is what you are purchasing. I have asked several times for good produce to no avail. Was there one day handycap man on a scooter was trying to get a watermelon. 4 men standing around produce chatting not one would not help him. I did. I advised the manager Ken or Kevin. He is an arrogant jerk. Ran to the produce department like a kid just to tell on me.. This was after he just dismissed all that I told him. The store is dirty, the employees are unhappy. The only departments half way good is the meat and deli. Go to Safeway if you want great produce.. Sprouts is good also. This place needs to be run better... I will not go back. I also tell my clients not to go.

I'm giving these 5 stars to David!! We had some mishaps, but he stayed cheerful and willing to help us. I know this is silly but I seriously think David deserves a promotion! Go David!!!

Third time in 6 months trying to get fried chicken and it's always a bit of a hassle. No one behind the counter (again). I was instructed to go over to the deli counter to get assistance. Deli counter person told me the fried chicken attendant is on break. I'll go elsewhere,

Love the freshly made salads at this location and my experience has been fantastic with the employees. They've had some great sales on cheese and olives recently.

LOVE this Fry's - wish it was closer to me, so I often have to make a special trip to, what I refer to as "The Taj Mahal Fry's." The employees have been okay, and the store usually has whatever I'm looking for in stock when other Fry's might not - they even had certain items available during Shutdown when you couldn't find them elsewhere. The only drawbacks would be from the sheer size of the location -- it is quite a trek to get from one end of the store to the other and you may have to REALLY search for your items -- and the parking lot with its' very odd layout and reckless drivers. Other than that, this has been quite the beacon to the area and make you forgive the closure of the Val Vista/Baseline location VERY easily.

Purchased some groceries, clipped the digital coupons, waited in a very long slow line as I will not self checkout, I prefer to create jobs. I noticed the customer infront of me had some issues and the cashier needed to call a manager. I'm up next and notice the sale prices are not registering and as I point it out to the cashier, he could care less and made no effort to correct so I paid, figured I'd call the store, I had already waited FOREVER. I call immediately as I'm pulling out and the customer service manager made up so many excuses, look, I just wanted to find out why this happened, tell them the new guy needs lots of help and I want my money back when I can get back to the store. The 'manager' wasn't kind, didn't care, expected me to work on her timeframe for when I could bring the receipt in. Absolutely zero accountability and zero customer service. Yet they took my money, messed up my purchase amount, made up excuses... somethings very wrong when my money helps keep you all employed and you don't provide any solutions. Gilbert's on a free fall to one of the worst cities to live in with employees like both of them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Literally horrible. They have no idea what's going on. We have auto refill on Lifesaving insulin and 2 other medications for my son's autoimmune diseases. The meds are never ready, they never contact the Dr and when we have an issue they are SO rude. They literally refuse to help us figure out issues. The guy that answered the phone today didn't even know what to recommend for me to do to get the insulin! He just kept saying um... Our medications are LIFE dependent and they are always messing things up. I am in the process of changing to Walgreens. This is ridiculous! I can't believe I've even continued to use them for this long. It's just a convenient location because it's next to our home. Ughhh!

Today when I did my grocery shopping, I was waited on in the Deli by Sophia. Sophia is one of the one nicest people that I have ever met at a Fry's store I say this because she did the following, not only with me, but with others: looking at and acknowledging customers when they approached the counter - make sure my order was correct - ask if I am waiting or continuing to shop - thank me for my order, all with a smile. This behavior is similar to the training received at the Ritz Carlton , Kelly Services , and Mervyn's. If more companies were to train and expect this type of service from their employees, prices would be secondary. Kroger Corporate should consider Sophia as a trainer for other in-store employees. It would make a big difference. I also want to thank Christian and the Lady at self checkout for their assistance. Feedback to Corporate - You need to rehire the vendor that previously made the croissants. The new croissants vendor product has no taste. The taste changed around November 2023. I tried twice more (to make sure it is not me). No change, still no taste. My family members noticed the same thing. I used to buy these all the time. No more. Thank you.

One of the worst frys I've ever visited in the east valley. Hear me out, there are many people in that place of work talk to each other however in my culture we talk to our employers/colleagues with respect and integrity. Not here. I've heard the store manager curse one of the employees out on the produce floor. I've heard this guy fire someone over the radio and customers heard it and felt uncomfortable. I've seen the deli manager and another lady in meat yell and talk to people as if they were garbage. Cherry on top is I was grabbing toilet paper one time and I saw a box of opened and consumed sushi that no one dared to pick up after themselves or tell a staff member. Also, there is a female assistant store manager or store manager of some kind that just talks to the deli manager for hours on end. I wonder what is actually getting done or what the purpose of that conversation is that they have to talk for hours and couldn't take it to the employee offices/lounge? This place, however, isn't all bad. They do have a nice selection of products and the majority of the staff are good, honest, and hard working people trying to keep their livelihood and their work life balance steady. For my folks that love a good deal, go here! There are TONS of markdown items every day and TONS of coupons strewn around the store, Might want to treat yourself or challenge yourself next treasure hunt! Sorry for the other review. I was really tired and a lot of people were talking to me at that ungodly hour of the morning hahahaha!
