Just moved to the area. This Frys has great staff. Friendly & helpful. It was the cashier Lisa (8/24/25) that I am extremely grateful for. She was patient & helpful, assisted me with the digital coupons on my phone.

At the self checkout Lolita was standing over my shoulder as if I was going to steal something. Very uncomfortable and racial profiling. She wasn’t even standing over there until I came then she backed away once I was done. No need to stand and watch someone that’s what the cameras are for. Just ridiculous.

What an awesome store. When I come through town, I always do most of my shopping there. I do have a Boost Membership with the Kroger chain which includes Fry's.
They have a very consistent format. I love the 2x Boost Fuel Points. They also have specials where you can get 4x. Whenever I gas up there. Highly recommend!

I shop and do grocery pickup at this location eggs and have been coming here for about 6 years. The grocery pickup is so smooth and quick! They must have the best training program ever because even when there are new faces, there's great communication and consistency. It is uncommon for items I want to buy to be out of stock, and the one or two times something has not gone perfectly, the customer service and everyone involved have been quick to work towards positive resolution. This is such a great location with Great Sturgis for my family!

Beware that Fry’s is not releasing pending charges on your card even after your order has been picked up and charged in full. When I called to inquire why I had a pending charge of $158.62 after they already charged my account they stated it was the banks responsibility to release any pending charges. This is FALSE. My banking company stated Fry’s is forgetting or not releasing pending charges even after you are charged for groceries. I then called fry’s again to relay request pending charges be released and they were completely unhelpful and points the finger at the bank although it is Fry’s responsibility to release any pending charges when your order is paid and picked up. The bank is warning members to be aware that you will be charged twice until Fry’s decides to release any pending charges. Will no longer be shopping with Kroger.
