This store was night and day in comparison to the Frys stores near me.
I just about gave up. Everything from low stock to terrible customer service.
Your store was fully stocked and customer service was amazing.
Thank you Frys, your store restored my faith in Kroger.

Hate the fake deals. 5 for $5, 10 for ? I don't need or want 10 items. Just give us a fair price and forget the gimmicks!

I am not from the a the area, but there must be a lot of poor people around the store. No deals, really high prices, and not well maintained.

Very rude lady, when I walked up to a woman at costumer service she noticed me and then ignored me and walked away. I have 3 broken toes and didn't want to walk all around the store for the one item I came for. this isnt my regular frys so i didnt know where everything is so I was gonna ask her but then she she ignored me I felt very upset she did not make me feel welcomed at all doing that.

Every time I shop here, items don’t ring up the way they are advertised, even with the app and your phone number. Today, I came in for Lara bars. They were advertised at $7.99 but rang up at $9.99. The cashier fixed it but forgot to remove one.
I noticed this and went back. They refused to refund my money because it was 10 p.m. There were other customers, people stocking shelves, and two workers up front. She said I would need to come back tomorrow.
It’s bad enough that customers are now acting as both cashier and bagger. There were two people “working,” meaning they were just standing around doing nothing, and they refused to provide customer service.
BRING BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SIMPLICITY!!!

The majority of the staff is great. The store is well stocked. I took 1 star away because the parking lot has NO LIGHTS!! There are plenty of light posts, but most of the lights aren't working. I live across the street, so I know the neighborhood is safe, but I wouldn't go there at night without my husband.
Kroger- fix the lights so your customers feel safe!!!!
