Beautiful new location, lots of parking, wide aisles. They have fresh sushi and all the amenities including the clothing section.

This Fry’s is nice overall, but I wanted to share a word of caution. I’ve shopped here alone a few times as a woman, and on multiple occasions I’ve been approached while alone in aisles by people asking for money or asking me to buy food for their family.
Both times I was by myself, and it made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I wanted to share my experience so others—especially those shopping alone at night—can stay aware of their surroundings.

Sadly have to give a bad review, not anticipating management taking it seriously but maybe someone will in authority.
This store used to be very good, was my wife’s and I main store for food, that has changed as I rarely go in as many items from the Simple Truth line have been discontinued.
Today 12/17/25 I had it with the mobility scooters never being charged up, took a neighbor shopping and like my wife she cannot walk very well.
Over nine scooters were inoperable, NINE!…….. the kids who charge them up and bring in the shopping carts are on the phone kicking back almost always(Have watched them over the years and this is proven).
Complained to someone again today, he looked @ me like I was the problem. If this was California where ADA compliance is taken seriously Fry’s could have a problem far worse than a bad review.
Also noticed meat prices seeming to change by the hour, get coupons in the mail as Krogers tracks purchases in real time and knows what you buy and more importantly to their bottom line what NOT is purchased.
Lastly the self serve checkouts are forced upon people, I refuse to use them even if the line is long(As usual because maybe two checkouts are open) and when in line people grumble over this all the time as anyone can see they are trying to replace the employees with self serve and next an AI Robot surely is coming.
In conclusion I shop @ Natural Grocers which has better food, prices are reasonable even for organic which is almost all the store stocked items and no self serve checkout stands.
P.S. went to another Fry’s on Broadway & Lindsay and to use a scooter you have to give them your drivers license 🪪 because apparently they get stolen even though the scooter will not even go to the outer parking spaces.

This review is about the consistant rude attitude of everyone at the meat department. It is so obvious they HATE their jobs and customers. The department is a time drain. Especially Adam. He is always derogatory when you ask for cuts or pricing. Wait. Im stocking. Really? Then I wait at counter and finally some guy Chris, comes out. He goes to help me and Adam wants to stop him from helping me. Lol. No. Dont want to deal with you. All the pre- cuts are HUGE for a family of 8. They never have pricing labels where they should be. Like on fish. So you can just grab and go. I remember this begrudging guy when I come here. He stands out in a bad way. Management take note. All of them are bad but this Adam really stands out as hating his job and hating customers. In store today at 11am 12-17

It's Frys/Krogers. A supermarket. Has good variety of foodstuffs. If you need food, go there. Good prices as well. I have to say it's crowded and crazy with an older clientele and that includes us.
