Went to pick up my PTSD/sleep meds today and when they handed me a little medicine bottle which would normally hold 30 day supply But I take two a day which is 60 pill in total so I knew my whole prescription wasn't there. So I said why is it in that little bottle thats not going to be enough or for the Employee to tell me he must have got them all to fit. Didn't check it didn't count it pretty much handed me the bag to be on my way. I go to I go to my car and I count 47 pulls with no room to even fit another pill. Take it in and they gave me what I was missing but nobody wanted to answer me how this could happen. Its not the 1st this happened at this pharmacy I can understand mistakes but the Attitude and disrespect is unavailable almost every single time

The staff at the Fry's location are unbelievable. The tech manager steven.. is atrocious various spiteful people and only act inconvenienced by you. The only staff members there that's cool is Gerald. Gosh, I hate going there!

Please improve customer service! Wanted to get the COVID booster but a pharmacy assistant decided I didn't need it. Please let him know that he doesn't have an MD (does he?, my MD does and she said to get the booster). Fry's Pharmacy is better than this.

The pharmacist , Hein spoke to me like an uneducated child. At the end of our conversation she assured me she would be sending a request to my doctor for a prescription refill, then to my dismay when I phoned several days later I was informed that not only did she not send the request but, the pharmacy was refusing to fill my prescription medications from this point on. How unprofessional. In the state of Arizona there are only 9 legal reasons a pharmacist can refuse to fill a prescription and spite, and, or just not liking a person unfortunately is not one of them. Should I have a Siezure because of her negligence it could fall under medical malpractice. The store Manager seemed emphatic however, said it was out of his hands.

Horrible place to shop or work.!! This store needs to be reported to corporate. The way things are done. The managers the professionalism. It's all TRASH . Never will go here again.

The Little asian female pharmacist( I lack a better way to describe her as i was unable to get her name) is extremely short/rude as well as difficult to deal with. It had been 28 days since my last refill so as per law I was eligible to get my refill. She would NOT refill my meds until the doctor sent/gave approval..... state law says I can refill on the 28th day since my last fill. However, i believe that she just wanted to make things more difficult for me. Which is uncalled for. There is a shortage of the medication I take, and if I had to wait any longer, they could have run out before I was able to get my refill.

I don't know what the problem is with people who work clicklist but everytime I have a problem with my order, either they forget to get all your groceries loaded into your car, they LOVE getting rid of their rotten produce, rotten and moldy fruit with clicklita customers. Today I have two eggs that were broken UNDER both my egg cartons in my bag. This is unacceptable

If I could do zero starts I would I just had the worst experience here with cashier Tiffany and manager Reina We went in for the 4/ $12 sodas and the price is not coming up right so we call over the cashier and ask her for help and she tells us we need to spend $25 in food So us confused our total was about $37 and my husband and I then ask if we need to go to customer service to get the right price cause our total was past $25 or if we needed to get another 4/$14 and she cuts me off and ask if we want the sodas or not and starts going to the screen to take the items off before we can even get the issue resolved so I tell her to wait and she just says she will get a manager if we need help when that's clearly her job and we felt it didn't need to get that far for us asking a question As we're waiting for a manager we pull up the AD and It doesn't specify that we need to spend an additional $25 only a $25 minimum Reina comes up And we explain the situation to Her and how it's not right for the ad to say one thing and them tell us another. It ends up turning into an argument because No where does it say $25 in grocery's or pre tax. Our total was about $37 something It ended up turning into a huge argument and we asked for the entire thing to be cancelled and if we could talk to the store manager because at this point it wasn't even about the price it was about how rude and disgusting they were being about the situation She then tells us that they left and there's no one else besides another manager so I say okay and we get the store number and I told her I'm going to just call I walk away and I turn around and see her and Tiffany make a face and start talking crap about us So I turned back and I said I really don't appreciate you talking about us as soon as I turn my back that's very inappropriate of you especially you as a manager and she tells me well I'm sorry you feel that way and I just look at her in disbelief and tell her no your not going to say "I'm sorry you feel that way" when you two have been nothing but rude so of course I'm going to act a certain way we're both grown women I don't understand why you need to act like that I will be contacting your hire up and we left This was the worst customer service by far we have ever received even just being treated like that as human beings it's was very degrading and very embarrassing for a situation like that to escalate to what it did.
