Employees told people they can order online and have product delivered to the house because they were allocated a ton of it, then only supposedly had 10 available of this product and it went to the first 5 people in the store. Employees most likely keeping them for themselves. You can’t even order online it says purchases could only be made in person. Misinformation.

They charge the same price as a brand new product for their pre owned products. A USED DualShock 4 is 60 dollars. At that point you can just get a new one. There’s a reason people don’t go to GameStop anymore. You can literally get everything here at Walmart and have a better return policy. Don’t even waste your time coming here like I did.

Good experience! Traded in an old console, some games, and some controllers. Erik was very knowledgeable about video games and even helped me with my PlayStation account. Would come back.

Know the reason Gamestop is failing/losing pts on stock are stores like this, only saving grace are the employees there, they're nice, knowledgeable, & helpful..However the store opens at noon which is ridiculous Gamestops used to open at 9 then it became 10am now its Noon?!?!!On top of that the under staffing leads to the store closing for "lunch" at times forcing customers to wait outside for an unknown amount of time, it's frustrating to longtime loyal customers

Came in looking for a PS3 controller. I left without it… because the employee working never acknowledged me, never said a word to me, just stood there having a personal conversation with a friend… not a care in the world. I’ll shop elsewhere.
