My adult son went to the store to get a refund for an Xbox that he just purchased for $244.00 With extended warranty on February 27. When he went into the store, he asked to return the Xbox for a refund. The store manager Lavender took advantage of his disability and persuaded him into selling the Xbox for $49 back to the store. After this transaction took place I immediately contacted the store and was told that she took her time explaining to him the trade process, and she followed all her guidelines and would not take the $49 back and give him his Xbox. If he wanted his Xbox back, he would have to buy it back for $180.00. This is so disappointing and unbelievable.

My boyfriend and I separately called to ask if they had a specific console in stock. Each time we told him what console we were looking for- he hung up on us. Went to the store and got to meet Alex. We told him what we were looking for and he said "oh you guys are dedicated" then finally answered our question. Super weird interaction. It also smelt terrible :)

So ill be honest. I was close to giving g this location 2 ? because my husband and I had gone maybe a week ago and the circumstance were that my husband's mom pre-ordered hogwarts legacy for the switch but we wanted to change it to the ps4 when we had gone in the kid who was there at the time said that unless my husband's mom goes and sends us the game from up north Wed have to go up north just to get the game. Sorry nothing else can be done. And nothing but disappointing news. Like he wasnt willing to help us. Yesterday we went back to see if there was anything we could do and tbh Ted is the only reason I'm giving you 5 ?. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the game for the ps4 and did everything he possibly could to help us. Thank you so much Ted. I'm in nursing school and this is my outlet and how I destress and I can't thank you enough.

Searched everywhere for a PS5 and had to drive out here to get one, but they had what we wanted. The employee working was very friendly and helpful.

Great Customer service- employee Joshua throughly explained how the GameStop membership worked and the perks work. He made me a believer! He had the games in stock Battlefield 2022 PS5 and Minecraft PS4. Overall great experience! Would definitely shop here again!Thank you

Literally called them and asked "what time do you close today" since they closed 4 hours early the day before with a post it note in the door. "Oh we are open until 9PM" and I said "are you sure? You closed 4 hours early yesterday and it's a 30 minute drive and you are the only store that has what I need in the area" and the guy says "for sure 9PM". So I make the 30 minute drive and arrive at 8:07. Closed. Why lie? Why not just say "we don't pay our employees enough to stay until the posted hours" I can't wait for the stock to crash.

There are better gamestops. The girls that work here are consistently unpleasant. Went in to buy cards and could barely get a look from the cashier while Im asking questions about whats available since they like to hide things in the back (caught them in a lie recently where 1 cashier said they had packs of cards in the back and showed them to me, came back to purchase them and the other cashier said they were gone and wouldnt look). I asked for something on the counter behind her but she took her time continuing fiddling with something behind the counter. As im getting half answered questioned about the products that released today. I feel I was manipulated into spending more money to get the promo card while other stores and people were saying they got it for less. Will not be returning while these employees are here. Gonna go to the one farther away with the guy who likes working and talking about games.
