My wife and I didn't have a great experience at the first butcher shop we went to so we thought we would try out Gilbert's butcher and what a great experience very kind and professional environment the place was extremely clean thank you for a great experience and look forward to doing business with you in the future

This might be the best butcher I have ever frequented. Absolutely amazing selection of meats, knowledgeable and friendly staff(epsecially Nick!) and fair pricing.

Gilbert Butchery has the best meat options around! Since I am from New England I was excited to see that they had steak tips as an option, the only place in AZ I've seen them. The staff is also amazing! I come here all the time and am NEVER disappointed
