They are very friendly and accommodating here. I had three people help me out (JJ, Sydney and Sheila) and all were informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Moved here after a horrible experience with Extra Storage. Sidney was INCREDIBLE and so thorough. She showed me multiple units to help me pick the best one for my needs. The best thing about this place is the locked-in price for one year. I got screwed over with the last place after they doubled my rate after only 3 months ($80 to $160). I really appreciate everything Sidney did for me and very happy with my storage unit. Thank you Gilbert Self Storage and Sidney! Sheila even called me a few days later to ensure the move was successful and I was happy with everything :)

This storage facility is conveniently located near DT Gilbert. The facility may have been around for a minute, but it’s always clean, tidy and safe. We stored our RV here for 3 years. The price was great compared to other storage facilities in the area, AND the staff was ALWAYS friendly! From the day we signed a contract to the day we vacated, our experience was pleasant and easy. If we ever need storage in the future, we will definitely come here. Highly recommend!

I have rented storage units for many years and in many places and have totally enjoyed my experience with Gilbert Road Self Storage. The location is perfect for me. The facility is always clean and the price is the best anywhere. The Management (Sheila especially) is always helpful and friendly. You can’t go wrong with Gilbert Road Self Storage.
