Jeff was extremely efficient at fixing a chip in my windshield and explaining the work he performed. He is also very courteous and a pleasure to work with. All that AND an excellent value. Highly recommend.

Had our windshield replaced with Glass Act. Very satisfied with their service. Starting with Jeff (i assume the owner), got us on 3 way call with Insurance and started a claim right there. Both technicians replaced the windshield and did recalibration were polite and professional.

Jeff was super responsive, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why when it came to my chip repair. Quality service and he came right when he said he would. If you’re looking for any auto glass services I would recommend Glass Act to my family and friends.

Jeff, Morris and Johnny are a class act! I called and spoke to Jeff that I need assistance with my windshield replaced by Glass Act, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jeff was incredibly friendly and made scheduling an appointment quick and convenient.
Morris and Johnny arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the job faster than expected without cutting any corners. The quality of the new glass is excellent!!!
I appreciate how they handled everything with care and professionalism. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines top-notch craftsmanship with genuine customer service, but Glass Act of AZ absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement!

I have known Jeff at Glass Axt for over 6 years. He has always been professional and always taken time to understand our concerns and also patient to educate us with any questions we may have on our glass replacements. My windshield had a tint on it and he was super fast in setting the appointment and got our windshield replacement by the end of the week with the new tint strip! He also was able to calibrate on site! It was amazing, definitely recommend him to all my friends and family for our windshield replacements and calibrations! Thank you Jeff!

I would definitely recommend using these folks for your windshield. I decided to not use the company my insurance was pushing, and went with the local company instead, and I’m glad I did. Jeff and Morris made the made the process easy, and spent the extra time to explain how everything works. Scheduling was quick, and they come to you for the repair.

Jeff made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth for me. in my case it wasn't the windshield, it was the rooftop cristal, that for some reason requires some extra authorization by another company besides the insurance one, but Jeff handled the whole process, the communication with the insurance, and with the other company, and then just gave me a call to schedule the fixing. It was on time, in the promised time to complete, and fixed as my satisfaction. Whenever I need to get a cristal repair, I'm going to give him a call.

I was referred to Glass Act by my insurance company, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. The funniest of interactions, I tried to call, my headphones weren't connected and I accidentally hung up on Jeff, and he even called me back right after! I was able to send the photos over for 2 cracked windshields as well as my insurance information, and he called me back later that afternoon to set up the call with the insurance company, and 2 days later, boom, brand new windows! The process was honestly the easiest process i've ever been a part of. The day of, I was working from home and in between meetings and Brian did his thing outside and I came out to check how things were going during and after the process. Everything looked immaculate and you can tell they take pride in their work. Jeff/Brian - thank you. Hopefully I won't need your services any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you again!
