The Goodwill mission to help others, somewhere along the line the mission was aboarded. People donate,Goodwill turns around and slaps outrageous prices on the items. I've seen new items with tags from a store make down to a 1.00,yet Goodwill has a 12 dollar tag. I no longer donate to Goodwill, rather give the items to people in need.

Pretty much all of the goodwills have raised their prices. They are out of there mind with some of the things they price. I over heard a manager last week stating that they now look up items online like the resalers do and charge pretty much what they would resale a item for. And that they are instructed to do so from corporate. Also each tag has the employees number on it so they know who priced a item and they have a quota of revenue and amount of iteams tagged. If they don't meet this they get fired. The 2 stars are because of the stores fairly clean and the prices to high.

A Harassment Trap with Complacent Management. DO NOT ENTER.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This isn't a thrift store; it's a toxic environment where management actively enables harassment against minor shoppers.
I use this store for reselling—a legitimate way to make honest money without having a job—but every visit is a nightmare because of one person: (50s, ball cap). This grown man, a fellow shopper, has made it his personal mission to target, harass, and lie about me until I get kicked out, time and time again.
I'm a kid trying to hustle, and I have to deal with a sad, pathetic adult who has nothing better to do than chase me out of the building. And what does Goodwill do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I've followed the protocol. I've reported the specific harasser and the entire miserable situation to the local administration. They know about the problem, they know who the problem is, and they choose to ignore it. They'd rather ban a minor who is trying to be self-sufficient than deal with their creepy, regular customer.
WORST EXPERIENCE OUT THERE. Half the staff and customers are nice, but it only takes one predator and one completely useless management team to make this store feel like a personal prison.
DO NOT bring your kid here if they have a reselling side hustle. You are putting them into a situation where they will be unfairly targeted, made to feel unsafe, and have their income stream sabotaged by a store that simply does not care about their safety. Utter disgrace.

Unrealistically expensive. Marshall's wanted $21.99. Goodwill wants $39.49!

Easy drop off experience. All you have to do is put everything in their bin you don't have to worry about having to bring your own boxes.

I get the people who work here are generally trying to get their lives in order, often times due to what might be a problematic past. But some need to work on their customer service skills. I walked into this location at 8:30 am. Apparently they don't open until 9am. The door was left unlocked so anyone could walk in and I'm approached by someone, i guess a manager with a rather condescending and accusatory attitude for being in the store. If we're not supposed to be in the store because you're not open than you keep the door locked. You don't let someone just walk in and browse for 10 minutes then demand that they leave. I guess they could have been more rude but thats why i didn't leave 1 star. Id like to be more understanding but when people are rude to me i cant.

You can always find something good a great price. There is a trend for outrageous prices in Goodwill, but this one keeps getting better price than swap and meet
