100/10 customer service thank you. They had us in and out within 30 minutes for a tire change. D’Angelo is a much better face of the store than whoever the hell was there before. I have to come to this location frequently and this is by far my best trip.

Total Bait and switch. I found this location on their website. I selected the basic oil change and it said it would be $41 on my appointment confirmation.
When I arrived I was told they don’t offer the base package , my next option was for twice the price.
Since It was the end if the day it was too late to find another location so I had to allow them to screw me w the Bait and Switch.
He said that is the price they are mandated from their office in Ohio.
The cheapest oil change I was able to get was $81 , crazy , and not even full synthetic. I can get it for less at the Dealership
Well, if you know you don’t offer the basic oil change , take it off the website and quit misleading people . You know it exist but leave it on your website, I’m considering calling the Attorney General office for this deceptive practice.
There were no other cars in the garage and still took an hour , this place is a joke and I’ll never be back.

We are amazed at such an amazing service!!
D'Angelo Mendoza offered a compassionate and fast service that few people can match.
We were driving around the Tempe and Gilbert area and got 3 times a new warning from the car we never got before: Engine Temperature Hot.
Not too sure why we got that warning, we stopped by Valvoline at the same address as Goodyear Auto Service and asked them to take a look and maybe replace the coolant.
The answer was immediate and serious: stop driving this car and get it repaired right away. It's going to cost you a few hundred to do it now, or many thousands if you go home and your entire engine melts down, especially in the desert heat.
There was a small hole in the coolant pipe that was spreading everywhere under the hood!
We walked to D'Angelo and asked for an estimate. We also call other people we know could help, but quickly realize that it may cost a lot more to tow the car to another town, and get a rental car.
Well, as it turned out, D'Angelo oversaw and managed the entire repair with the dealer's original part, within 2 hours!!
That means that we just had to pay for the repair and we were already good to go!!

I was discouraged having to drive all the way from Tucson, AZ to Gilbert, AZ. Just for service. For a lyft driver in a rental it is inconvenient. After getting here I was very pleasantly surprised. Made me feel cared for and honest service is always worth the trip. Thank you Daniel as I walked in the door with quik welcome and MGR Pauly for just the all around great attitude and professional service. Thanks you guys! ?????
