I recently experienced a particularly hurried and unsatisfactory haircut at this location. I recommend seeking an alternative establishment for a better experience.
Stylist: The male stylist provided the most disappointing experience I've ever had. He was rushed, rude, and delivered a horrendous haircut.

Very satisfied with the service provided here for my two teen boys. We walked in. They took the two boys very quickly and their haircuts were done in no time! I always dread going to get the boys haircuts because of the wait times, but that was not the case here. The people were friendly and haircuts look great. Thank you!

Ashley came to the rescue!
On May 17, 2024, I went to a new location to get a haircut. My usual GreatClips location is at 6466 S Higley Rd. However, the check-in time was long, so I decided to try the great clips at Power and Queen Creek. Unfortunately, at this location, I received a horrible haircut. I attempted to have the stylist fix it before I left, but she could not. So, I decided to leave before it was too late. I drove to my normal location and spoke with Ashley. She was able to get me in very quickly and fix my lopsided haircut and fix the hard part. I left with the haircut I had expected to get at the beginning.
Ashley is awesome. Thank you for great customer service.

Lady (who i was iffy about letting cut my hair) looked at my previous haircut notes/history (which i thought was the best haircut i've ever recieved from a great clips) and pretty much chose her own way of things and probably should be watched under supervision. No hate but less is more when cutting hair, you cant add on but u can always take away. Maybe consult with the customer on how they would prefer THEIR OWN HAIR to be cut before you decide "hmm, let's see how much we can f@&$ this person's hair up"

They do a nice job for a reasonable price. This is not someplace where you necessarily get the same person. But for a standard men's or kid's cut, they do a good job. I go every 6 weeks.

They are always friendly and always treat you great. I have been getting my hair cut there at this location for 5 years and have never had a bad haircut or experience.
