The hair stylists are always friendly and do a fantastic job cutting hair. Though, to be honest, my haircut is literally the simplest one to do. But they do a wonderful job on my boys' haircuts. Just a heads up though, they get busy fast and if you don't check in online, you might be waiting awhile.

I set my appointment via the Great Clips app. It's always so easy. When I arrived, I was assigned a very pleasant stylist named Aylin. She inquired what my preference of haircut I wanted and asked follow up questions throughout our encounter. She gave me the haircut I asked for and touched up an area I asked about. Her professionalism is worthy of five stars.
I will ask for her again, if available.

I was able to walk on in. Around 2:00 pm. Loved my hair stylist. I can't remember her name. Beautiful young blonde. Love the cut, thank you!!

The barber Esther was horrible. She doesn't know how to cut hair. When I questioned her my hair after the hair cut, she told me it will be fine after I washed my hair at home. I was shocked by the look of my hair after the shower. It was cut unevenly and she ruined my hair by cutting it too short, too. I returned to the store and asked for a refund of the tip. Not only she refused, but she called me cheap. This type of behavior is not acceptable and I was very unsatisfied of Esther.

I had called to make an appointment, and informed them that I was coming to do a hair donation. I saw online that there was a free haircut for doing a donation and Great Clips didn’t honor that. Ended up paying full price.
They claim certain great clips dont do this offer, im very disappointed

Awesome staff! Convenient, fast , great cuts and I love the price . One of the older ladies there gives awesome woman's cuts with layers and wasn’t afraid to cut my thick hair like most places. Thank you!

I took my 16yr old. He had a picture (now I know it’s called a Fade?) and asked for it but a little longer. I’m used to places where they wash your hair so I told my kid to not wash off after the pool. Their sinks were on ”renovation” so they couldn’t do it. FYI wash not included w hair cut.
The hairstylist complained the whole time about the coarseness of his hair ( it was just stiff due to the pool water). She got it wet and cut it. I realized she was using scissors and the hair was too long? Nothing like the picture. She complained saying it was like two different cuts. And when we asked for even shorter she continued reproaching us. The worst was when she told my kid I should have paid more and taken him to a barber . I’m so mad at myself for having given her a really good cash tip but I felt so scolded at the time for having her “work” more. It was a terrible experience.
