Lazy, lazy haircut..hardly combed through my hair and did not bother to even wet it down. She obviously did not care at all about her work. I will not be back to the Val Vista and Guadalupe location again.

Walked right in! With kids, you know that’s critical. Also next to an ice cream store for easy bribing. ? The all where you can schedule your visit and collect coupons has also been a huge help.

Thank you so much Alex!!! She was so thoughtful and kind. I tried cutting my boy’s hair myself and it was taking too long and didn’t end well. Luckily, Alex was able to fix his hair and of course it took her a way way shorter time. Next time I’ll leave it to the professionals.?Service: Kids' cuts

Nothing great about great clips. In fact, I think the post office runs more efficiently, and with more production than this place. Staff and manager sitting around in back while people waiting to get haircuts…. If there were just one or two staff that wanted to be productive, what a great business this chain could be. Amazed people will sit around for an hour for such poor service.Service: Haircut
