I got my haircut my Melissa on Friday the 15th. She didn't listen to a thing thing I said. I walked in and said I want to even my hair out, add layers and face framing. She kept telling me it would look bad and continue to do whatever she wants. She cut my hair Dry with a razor which was so so painful. I walked out of there with basically the same haircut with choppy "curtain" bangs..I told her I didn't like it and I wanted to blend them and she said no it would look bad and left them. I literally hate my hair and can't wear it down for 3 months, when she told me to come back to her. This will not happen and I hate this cut. I will not be coming back to Melissa and I do not recommend her to anyone. She went on about how she worked at tony and guy and she was so great but she doesn't listen to customers at all.

I always check in on the app. Walk in and am greeted with a smile. I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for over 20 years. It works for me. Ricki is the Best.
