Chelsea did a great job cutting my hair (10/21/25) and she’s very kind. She suggested what would be best but still give me an option to do exactly what I wanted, without making unnecessary comments like the morning crew. I strictly go to this location due to convenience and my experiences with the morning crew have been consistently bad where I considered going to different a place. I will always go to Chelsea from now on.

I went into the Great Clips on Williams Field and Recker in Gilbert AZ a few months ago to get bangs. I had the cutest photo of what I wanted and I have the perfect hair for it. Unfortunately the lady I got didn't do the best job. I was actually teased at work for looking like Jim Carey from dumb and dumber. I went back the next day and spoke with Julie the manager and unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. She offered me my money back but I didn't accept the kind offer. I went back in a couple of weeks ago and asked for Julie to cut my hair. It was long enough to be fixed.
I have to say.....Julie was amazing!! She remembered me and she was so kind. Not to mention she did an amazing job!! I absolutely love my cut and get tons of compliments on it. Thank you Julie!!
Requested style: Short shariah bob with thick whisky bangs.

I brought my 8 year old son. The stylist ignored what I told her and did what she thought looked good. She was rude to him, a child. She hurt him with the scissors then rudely said sorry. It takes a lot for him to speak up and when he did he felt as though she did not care. We will not be back.

Sarah is very friendly and always willing to chat about my family things. I appreciate the extra neck trim (an area I cannot reach) and trimming eyebrows when necessary.

Highly recommend if you dont want to pay a lot for a haircut and you dont want to go to a salon where there are smelly chemicals.Its hit or miss but mostly a hit. Quick too. They have cards u can pre buy and save $5 per visit. Or there are coupons around too.
