I had a great experience here for my first time in. After emailing, they followed up and got me in really quickly and were kind enough to offer a new client discount. Love that. My stylist was a bit behind when I arrived and I had a 25 min wait, but it ended up being worth the wait. Noelle was so friendly. She listened to my ideas and gave me her professional opinion. My balayage turned out gorgeous! Oh and she trimmed/cut my layers that I didn’t even realize needed much help until I saw how good it looked when she was done! The environment was all good vibes and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their stylists. I’ll definitely be a returning client.

I strongly ask you not to come here. I asked for dark blonde hair and they left it black and gray. FATAL. IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO BE RUINED THIS IS THE PLACE.

I gotta say, I was here the other day, and man, Catalina is amazing as always! She's an awesome lady and I recommend anyone if they want a haircut, go through her!

Stay away, worst hair experience ever!!! First time in salon, no introductions from owner as to her name or that she'd be doing my hair. Late for appointment. Very very rushed and rough, no pleasantries. Didn't let me see my hair whilst being dried, turned me away from mirror then gave me a quick flash at the end saying it looks pretty then straight over to pay. Left my hair one giant bleach ball and upon inspection at home there were orange pieces where the blonde hadn't been done properly and the base dark colour was blocky. Contacted her and she started to go on about it was my hair and I could go back in to rectify but why was it not done right the first time!!! Awful place, awful owner, awful service and results! Save your money and go to a decent hairdresser!!!!!!!

I have been getting my hair done here for several years, so obviously I in no way want to give one star! Last time I went in though, I specifically said please don't make it short and black. After a cut and color it was both! When I said I didn't care for it, she got really offended and argued with me but finally agreed to pull out the color. My hair is now completely dried out and still black;( sometimes I feel like they do what's easy not what you want.

The worst hair bangs I ever had. Lady didn't know what she is doing. She used wrong technique to cut layers bangs. She cut mine straight out and very ugly, not even straight. It looks choppy. I showed her the photo for reference and end up nothing alike. I went home and tried to fix it but it's already too short for do anything. I want long bangs on 2 sides, not short straight in the front literally cried about it and I hate to look at myself now

Very nice ladies who work there. Prices are very reasonable. Smallish shop, two barber chairs, 2 -4 salon, 3 or 4 pedicure chair.

I had an appt at 3pm and I waited for over an hour to be with the stylist! I only had a simple cut, I understand they are busy with appts all day and some can be time consuming but plan accordingly so you don't have angry customers tired of waiting and falling asleep in your waiting area. The girl told me 20 minutes and it's been an hour. And on top of it, they had other stylists who weren't doing anything. I understand that every stylist has appts but cmon dude. You have customers waiting hours for a 15-20 minute cut, are you kidding me?!?!

Mock and her team are the only place I would go for my hair. They are absolute professionals and always do an amazing job, going above and beyond to accommodate us in their schedule even for same day requests. My whole family trusts her and the salon. The salon has also undergone a makeover and is such a zen place now.
