Staff was nice all around the clock, listened to our requests and concerns.
Front desk listened to our crappy encounter with insurance and shared our concerns. Everyone was super supportive.
They had delicious breakfast and the long term guests were respectful and friendly.
Clean and up-kept.

The stay was great - Justin at reception was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and updated along with being in a very convenient location. I was impressed by the breakfast options - as for the food itself, pretty much what you would expect. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service we very good and continental breakfast was very good . The employees staff was very nice here .
Rooms: The rooms are very nice and very up to date and very clean in the rooms and the halls are very clean
Nearby activities: You can walk to the restaurant around the area and next to there is a nice restaurant that serves pizza and there is other nice restaurants around there too

Exactly where & when we needed to be for 5 days! Awesome people, love the beds at Hampton. Try to stay at one every time I travel!
Nearby activities: Filiberto's, get the carne asada burrito. Order 'The Don' at Grimaldi's
Best pizza around!
Food and drinks: Fresh coffee 24/7, awesome hot breakfast ?.

They were doing remodel in the lobby, however it was a pleasant stay. I stayed last year and will probably stay there again next for my visit.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was great with plenty to go back for.
Noteworthy details: Grocery store 5 min walk or 1 min drive, great to have nearby for mutli day visit.

We were lucky most the remodeling was finished for the rooms. The 1st floor was being worked on. Had no problems with noise as we asked for a higher floor. Rooms were newly remodeled and clean. Good breakfast. Good location.

They're currently doing construction/rehab work on the lobby and other front desk areas.
Staff was kind of disengaged though. Not very helpful beyond checking in. This hotel also has a serious lack of luggage carts. The rooms are quiet...until you hear someone in another room let their door close. We could hear people let their doors slam in the hallways and it was so loud it was like it was happening in our room, with THX Sound.
The rooms are nicely appointed though, and fairly comfy.

Nice place, clean rooms,good location, good breakfast but needs more options but still what they had, was still good and they even offered me 2 bottles of water and the bed was really nice, the cable channels had alot, especially when you get junk food and just want to be lazy to eat your junk food and watch tv. I know every one's expecting are different but still good even though they were remodeling the lobby. When they low rates l will always stay here.?

Make sure you are aware that the first floor of this hotel is under renovation until end of July or August. Supposedly it is on the website somewhere but we can’t find it anywhere on the website and were not aware of this. Jackhammers until 5:00pm right below the rooms. I would think they would want to do something special for the guests, but apparently not. But the rooms are recently renovated and nice.

Everything about this hotel is what I want from a hotel. They are at the right affordability. It comes with breakfast and rooms are always clean. They are accommodating. They even have a shuttle to take you to the Phoenix/Mesa gateway Airport(not Sky Harbor). When you check in, water bottles are complimentary. And the hospitality workers are so kind. I been staying here for my constant trips to AZ because of how great they are. It says alot because of the many different hotels I stay at. They are also next to a bunch of places to eat which a big plus

Safety: I feel like it is in a safe area
