Horrible customer service. Lady at front desk seems like sheās falling asleep. Been standing in waiting 15 min one customer in front! White cap out west a lot better than Gilbert store horrible!!

Good location. Best rebar yard I've seen in awhile. The customer service is Professional. Even while the yard was busy they were organized and kept the trucks flowing out.

Not a great experience. Called in my order, but nobody seemed to know about it when I got here. Girl at the counter seemed uncertain of what I wanted. She finally got it ordered, I paid, and was told to drive into the yard and wait. Guys back there took their time getting to me, then took more time (20 mins+) pulling my order, but pulled the wrong itemsā¦twice. Clearly Jordan hates his job. On his phone and acted like it was some kind of hassle to pull some anchor bolts. 45 mins laterā¦??āāļø Iād recommend going with Copper State

Came here for concrete preforms just to find out, they don't have a card chip reader..... It's 2022, like come on. And when it can't read the card the first time, they won't run it again. Even the gentleman told us it's was b******* they don't have one lol.really don't understand all this, just a straight s*** show out here, also caught hell of an attitude when the card didn't go thru because it didn't have a chip..

I needed something that is having a hard time finding. It was a little hard to find the front door where I needed to go in to buy it but once inside, they were very very helpful. I got just what I needed and it was quick and they were very pleasant.
